Claims (4)
- 유리판을 가공하는 가공 공정과, 상기 가공 공정에서 가공된 상기 유리판을 세정하는 세정 공정과, 상기 세정 공정에서 세정된 상기 유리판의 결함을 검사하는 검사 공정을 구비한 유리판의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 검사 공정은 결함의 좌표를 특정하는 결함 좌표 특정 공정과, 상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정에서 특정된 좌표의 결함의 내용을 특정하는 결함 내용 특정 공정을 갖고,
상기 세정 공정과 상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정 사이의 제 1 반송로 및 상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정에서는, 상기 유리판을 반송 방향의 직각 방향의 중간부에서 부상시켜 비접촉 지지함과 아울러, 상기 직각 방향의 양단부에서 접촉 지지한 상태로 상기 유리판을 반송하고,
상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정과 상기 결함 내용 특정 공정 사이의 제 2 반송로에서는, 상기 유리판을 접촉 반송하고,
상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정의 라인수보다 상기 결함 내용 특정 공정의 라인수 쪽이 많고,
상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정의 라인을 통과한 상기 유리판이 상기 결함 내용 특정 공정의 라인에 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결함 내용 특정 공정에서는 상기 유리판을 면 접촉으로 지지하고 고정한 상태에서, 결함의 내용을 특정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결함 좌표 특정 공정의 라인수보다 상기 결함 내용 특정 공정의 라인수 쪽이 1~3개 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 검사 공정에서 결함이 검사된 상기 유리판을 곤포하는 곤포 공정을 더 갖고,
상기 검사 공정과 상기 곤포 공정 사이의 제 3 반송로에서는, 상기 유리판을 접촉 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리판의 제조 방법.
