Abstract
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명의 3D프린팅과 브레이징 복합공정을 이용한 가스터빈 베인제작 방법은 베인의 냉각효율이 향상되어 발전효율이 증대되고, 또한 종래의 진공정밀주조에서는 발생하는 불량률을 매우 낮출 수 있어 제작단가를 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 가스터빈(1)의 베인(100)을 제작시 베인(100)의 몸체부(110)는 진공정밀주조를 이용하여 제작하고, 베인(100)의 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)는 3D프린팅으로 적층해서 제작하여 베인(100)의 몸체부(110)와 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)를 확산 브레이징으로 접합하는 것으로,
가스터빈 베인(110)의 몸체부(110)를 진공정밀주조로 제작하는 1단계; 가스터빈 베인(110)의 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)를 제작하는 2단계; 상기 가스터빈 베인(110)의 몸체부(110)와 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)를 확산 브레이징으로 접합하는 3단계; 상기 확산 브레이징으로 접합된 베인(110)을 브레이징으로 열처리하는 4단계;공정을 포함하여 제작하도록 하되,
상기 3단계 공정에서 확산 브레이징시 초음파 진동을 가하는 것으로, 초음파 진동은 온도는 20∼60℃ 내에서 주파수 0.1KHz∼100MHz의 범위내에서 행하는 것이며,
상기 3단계 공정에서의 확산 브레이징시 사용되는 브레이징 페이스트(Paste)는 중량비로 탄소(C) 0.01∼0.05%, 크롬(Cr) 10∼28%, 니켈(Ni) 30∼40%, 텅스텐(W) 0.01∼2.5%, 하프늄(Hf) 0.01∼1.5%, 알루미늄(Al) 0.01∼5%, 탄탈륨(Ta) 0.01∼1.5%, 실리콘(Si) 0.01∼4% 나머지는 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 것과,
중량비로 탄소(C) 0.03%, 크롬(Cr) 10∼30%, 니켈(Ni) 30∼50%, 텅스텐(W) 1% 이하, 탄탈륨(Ta) 0.01∼2.5%, 붕소(B) 4%, 나머지는 코발트(Co)인 Ni기반 초합금 조성으로 이루어진 브레이징 페이스트 중 택일하여 주사기로 접합하고자 하는 부분에 주입하는 방법을 사용하도록 하되,
상기 브레이징 페이스트(Paste)에는 지르코늄(Zr) 0.01∼0.05wt%, 팔라듐(Pd) 5wt%, (Mn) 1wt%, 인(P) 0.04wt%, 베릴륨(Be) 3wt%, 티타늄(Ti) 3wt%를 하나 이상을 선택하여 포함할 수 있으며,
상기 4단계 공정의 브레이징은 온도 1200∼1450℃에서 30∼60분간 행한 후, 20분 동안 1023∼1350℃까지 온도를 내려서 150∼255분간 진공에서 확산 열처리하는 것이며,
상기 몸체부(110)와 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)가 서로 접촉되는 일면 중 어느 하나의 일면에는 돌출부를 형성하고, 이에 대응하는 일면에는 홈부를 형성하여 레고처럼 조립하여 브레이징함으로써 몸체부(110)와 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부(120)의 견고한 체결관계를 이룰 수 있는 것으로,
상기 2단계 공정에서 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부는 두 개 이상으로 분할제작하여 분할제작된 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부 분할편을 서로 접합할 수도 있되, 분할제작된 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부에서 서로 접촉되는 단부면 중 어느 하나의 단부면에는 돌출부의 형상을 다른 분할제작된 트레일링 에지(Trailing Edge)부에는 요홈을 제작하여 요홈에 브레이징 페이스트(Paste)를 충진한 후, 레고처럼 조립하여 확산 브레이징으로 접합하도록 하는 것이 특징인 3D프린팅과 브레이징 복합공정을 이용한 가스터빈 베인제작 방법. - 삭제
