Claims (153)
- 섬유-SAP 입자들을 형성하는 방법으로서,
습윤 섬유들을 제공하는 단계;
상기 습윤 섬유들이 가스 매체 내에 현탁되도록 상기 가스 매체 내에 상기 습윤 섬유들을 분산시키는 단계; 및
상기 가스 매체 내에 현탁된 상기 습윤 섬유들과 초흡수성 입자들(SAP)을 혼합하여 상기 섬유들의 적어도 일부가 상기 SAP의 적어도 일부에 부착되도록 함으로써 섬유-SAP 입자들을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤 섬유들을 제공하는 단계는, 액체 현탁액에 상기 섬유들을 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 습윤 섬유들을 분산시키는 단계는, 상기 액체 현탁액을 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는,
방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁액을 분산시키는 단계는, 상기 액체 현탁액의 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는,
방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
각각의 섬유-SAP 입자는 상기 초흡수성 입자들 중 하나에 부착된 복수의 섬유들을 포함하는,

- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁액을 분산시키는 단계는, 상기 섬유들의 상기 액체 현탁액을 분무 건조하는 단계를 포함하는,

상기 섬유들의 일 단부는 상기 SAP에 부착되고, 상기 섬유들의 자유 단부들은 상기 SAP로부터 이격되는,

상기 섬유의 부착 이후에 상기 SAP를 적어도 부분적으로 건조시킴으로써, 상기 SAP가 적어도 부분적으로 수축되도록 하고 상기 틈새들이 적어도 부분적으로 닫히도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는,

- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 현탁액의 분무에 의하여 상기 액체 현탁액을 챔버의 제 1 구역 내로 도입하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 혼합은,
상기 섬유들을 상기 챔버의 제 2 구역에 수용하는 단계; 및
상기 SAP와 상기 섬유들의 혼합을 촉진하는 것을 포함하여 상기 SAP를 상기 제 2 구역에 도입함으로써, 섬유들이 상기 SAP 상에 지지되고 그로부터 연장되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는,
방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,
상기 SAP와 상기 섬유들의 혼합 이전에 상기 제 1 구역으로부터 수분을 끌어들여 상기 수분을 SAP의 공급원으로 유도하는 단계를 더 포함하는,

습윤 섬유들을 제공하는 단계 - 상기 습윤 섬유들을 제공하는 단계는, 액체 현탁액에 상기 습윤 섬유들을 제공하고 상기 액체 현탁액의 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 액체 현탁액은 상기 습윤 섬유들을 포함함 - ; 및
상기 액체 현탁액의 에어로졸과 초흡수성 입자들(SAP)을 혼합하여 상기 섬유들의 적어도 일부가 상기 SAP의 적어도 일부에 부착되도록 함으로써 섬유-SAP 입자들을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법.
- 섬유-SAP 입자들을 형성하는 방법으로서,
에어로졸을 형성하는 단계 - 상기 에어로졸은, 가스 매체 내에 현탁된 습윤 섬유들을 포함함 - ; 및
상기 에어로졸과 초흡수성 입자들(SAP)을 혼합하여 상기 습윤 섬유들의 적어도 일부가 상기 SAP의 적어도 일부에 부착되도록 함으로써 섬유-SAP 입자들을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법.
