도 4는 도 3에 도시된 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩의 결합 관계를 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.

Claims (13)
- 복수의 웰들을 포함하는 웰어레이;
상기 웰어레이에 코팅되어 시료의 흐름 속도를 서로 다르게 제어하는 다중 친수성 코팅층;
칩 하우징; 및
상기 칩 하우징에 인서트되어 수납되고 상기 웰어레이를 수납하는 인서팅 부재를 포함하고,
상기 인서팅 부재는 바닥면을 통해 상기 칩 하우징의 상부면에 결합되며,
상기 인서팅 부재의 상부면에는 상기 웰어레이가 수용되도록 수용홈이 형성되고,
상기 인서팅 부재의 상부면에는, 시료가 주입되는 샘플 주입구와, 상기 샘플 주입구에서 상기 웰어레이로 갈수록 줄어드는 폭을 갖는 샘플 주입부와, 상기 웰어레이의 외곽면과 상기 샘플 주입부의 최대 확장부를 연결하는 에어 벤트가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다중 친수성 코팅층은 상기 웰어레이의 중앙 영역에 대응하여 고친수성을 갖고, 상기 웰어레이의 주변 영역에 대응하여 저친수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인서팅 부재는 실리콘(silicone)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칩 하우징은, 하나 이상의 끼임홀 또는 끼임홈이 형성된 측부를 포함하고,
상기 인서팅 부재는, 상기 끼임홀에 삽입되는 하나 이상의 끼임돌기가 형성된 측부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칩 하우징에는 상기 샘플 주입구에 대응하여 칩 주입구가 형성되고, 상기 샘플 주입구와 상기 칩 주입구는 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 칩 주입구를 통해 상기 샘플 주입구에 삽입되는 마개 돌기가 형성된 가이드 캡을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어 벤트는 상기 웰어레이의 일측부와 상기 샘플 주입부의 일측부를 연결하는 제1 에어 통로와, 상기 웰어레이의 타측부와 상기 샘플 주입부의 타측부를 연결하는 제2 에어 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칩 하우징에 수용되고, 칩 이력 관리를 위한 데이터를 저장하는 EEPROM을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 웰어레이를 커버하는 필름류를 더 포함하고,
상기 필름류는 이미션 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 웰어레이를 커버하는 웰 커버; 및
상기 웰 커버를 커버하고 형성된 중공홀을 통해 상기 웰 커버의 일부를 노출하는 가이드부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 친수성을 갖는 체외진단칩.
