Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 다음 단계들을 포함하는 촉매 첨가제의 제조 공정:
a. 알루미나 원료를 물과 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
b. 알루미나 슬러리에 P2O5 원료를 추가하는 단계;
c. 이후 슬러리를 5 ℃ 초과 60 ℃ 미만으로 제어된 온도 및 5초 이상 그러나 24시간 이하의 시간 조건하에서 교반하고 반응시켜 인산 알루미늄 결합제를 형성하는 단계;
d. 인산 알루미늄 결합제에, 10 초과의 실리카/알루미나 비율을 가지는 제올라이트, 실리카 결합제 및 점토를 추가하는 단계; 그리고
e. 상기 슬러리를 분사-건조시켜 촉매 첨가제 입자들을 형성하는 단계. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 350℃ 내지 700℃의 온도에서 상기 최종 생성물을 하소시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 알루미나 원료는 5 중량% 미만의 양으로 추가되는 비정질 또는 슈도보헤마이트 알루미나임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 비정질 또는 슈도보헤마이트 알루미나는 2.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 양으로 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 슬러리의 고체 함량은 5 중량% 내지 30 중량% Al2O3가 됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 슬러리의 고체 함량은 9 중량% 내지 30 중량% Al2O3가 됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, P2O5 원료는 H3PO4이고 이러한 P2O5는 건조 중량 기준으로, 7 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 양으로 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, P2O5 원료는 H3PO4이고 이러한 P2O5는 건조 중량 기준으로, 8 중량% 내지 12 중량%의 양으로 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 P/Al 몰비는 1 내지 3임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 P/Al 몰비는 1.5 내지 2.5임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 실리카 결합제는 0 중량% 초과 내지 10 중량% 범위로 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 실리카 결합제는 3 중량% 내지 8 중량% 범위로 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 중 어느 한 항의 공정에 의해 제조되며, 10 초과의 실리카/알루미나 비율을 가지는 35 중량% 내지 65 중량%의 제올라이트, 15 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 점토, 0 중량% 초과 내지 10 중량%의 실리카 결합제, 및 2.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 비정질 또는 슈도-보헤마이트 알루미나 및 7 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 인산을 포함하는 인산 알루미늄 결합제를 포함하는 촉매 첨가제.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 10 초과의 실리카/알루미나 비율을 가지는 35 중량% 내지 65 중량%의 제올라이트, 25 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 점토, 0 중량% 초과 내지 10 중량%의 실리카 결합제, 및 2.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 비정질 또는 슈도-보헤마이트 알루미나 및 7 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 인산을 포함하는 인산 알루미늄 결합제를 포함하는 촉매 첨가제.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 인산 알루미늄 결합제의 P/Al 몰비는 1 내지 3임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 첨가제.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 인산 알루미늄 결합제의 P/Al 몰비는 1.5 내지 2.5임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 첨가제.
