Claims (7)
- 조향모터와 랙바 사이에 연결된 감속기를 통해 조향모터의 작동력을 랙바에 전달하여 조향 작동이 이루어지는 SBW시스템으로서,
컨트롤러가 상기 조향모터의 작동에 따라 랙바의 위치가 변화하는 경우, 감속기 전단 및 후단에서 구해지는 랙바의 위치값 차이를 기반으로 감속기에 걸려지는 복원력을 계산하는 복원력계산단계; 및
컨트롤러가 SBW시스템의 관성력이 포함된 운동방정식에 상기 복원력을 반영하여 랙포스를 계산하는 랙포스계산단계;를 포함하고,
상기 복원력계산단계에서는,
상기 조향모터에 구비된 모터위치센서로부터 상기 랙바의 제1위치값을 계산하는 단계;
상기 랙바의 위치를 측정하는 랙위치센서에 의해 상기 랙바의 제2위치값을 계측하는 단계;
상기 제1위치값과 제2위치값의 차이값을 연산하는 단계; 및
상기 차이값에 감속기가 갖는 스프링상수를 곱하여 상기 복원력을 계산하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 감속기는 벨트 풀리 타입의 감속기로서, 상기 벨트의 스프링상수를 상기 차이값에 곱하여 복원력을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 감속기는 벨트 풀리 타입의 감속기로서, 상기 차이값과 벨트에 걸려지는 힘의 관계를 형성하는 맵에 의해 복원력을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법. - 조향모터와 랙바 사이에 연결된 감속기를 통해 조향모터의 작동력을 랙바에 전달하여 조향 작동이 이루어지는 SBW시스템으로서,
컨트롤러가 상기 조향모터의 작동에 따라 랙바의 위치가 변화하는 경우, 감속기 전단 및 후단에서 구해지는 랙바의 위치값 차이를 기반으로 감속기에 걸려지는 복원력을 계산하는 복원력계산단계; 및
컨트롤러가 SBW시스템의 관성력이 포함된 운동방정식에 상기 복원력을 반영하여 랙포스를 계산하는 랙포스계산단계;를 포함하고,
랙위치센서에 의해 측정된 랙바의 위치값을 계측하여 랙바의 가속도를 연산하고;
연산된 랙바의 가속도를 SBW시스템의 질량에 곱하여 관성력을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법. - 조향모터와 랙바 사이에 연결된 감속기를 통해 조향모터의 작동력을 랙바에 전달하여 조향 작동이 이루어지는 SBW시스템으로서,
컨트롤러가 상기 조향모터의 작동에 따라 랙바의 위치가 변화하는 경우, 감속기 전단 및 후단에서 구해지는 랙바의 위치값 차이를 기반으로 감속기에 걸려지는 복원력을 계산하는 복원력계산단계; 및
컨트롤러가 SBW시스템의 관성력이 포함된 운동방정식에 상기 복원력을 반영하여 랙포스를 계산하는 랙포스계산단계;를 포함하고,
상기 랙포스계산단계에서는, 상기 감속기의 감속비를 복원력에 곱한 값에서 관성력을 감산하여 랙포스를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 감속기의 감속비를 복원력에 곱한 값에서 SBW시스템의 마찰력을 더 감산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SBW시스템의 랙포스 추정방법.
