Claims (10)
- 음극 집전체; 및
상기 음극 집전체 상에 형성되며, 제1 실리콘계 활물질, 및 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브를 포함하는 제1 도전재를 포함하는 제1 음극 활물질층; 및
상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 형성되며, 제2 실리콘계 활물질, 및 다중벽 탄소 나노튜브를 포함하는 제2 도전재를 포함하는 제2 음극 활물질층을 포함하고,
상기 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브의 라만 R값(D band 피크 강도(Id)/G band 피크 강도(Ig))은 0.01 내지 0.1인, 이차 전지용 음극. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 실리콘계 활물질의 함량은 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대하여 5중량% 이상인, 이차 전지용 음극..
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브의 함량은 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대해 0.02 내지 0.2중량%인, 이차 전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브의 길이는 5 ㎛ 이상인, 이차 전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브의 직경은 1.2 내지 2 nm인, 이차 전지용 음극.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 실리콘계 활물질의 함량은 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대하여 5중량%이상이며,
상기 제2 실리콘계 활물질의 함량은 상기 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대하여 5중량% 미만인, 이차 전지용 음극. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브의 함량은 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대하여 0.02 내지 0.2중량%이며,
상기 다중벽 탄소 나노튜브의 함량은 상기 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대하여 0.2 내지 0.5중량%인, 이차 전지용 음극. - 청구항 1의 이차 전지용 음극;
