Claims (4)
- (A) 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지고, 알케닐기 함유량이 0.001~0.2mol/100g이며, 25℃에서의 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 0.01~70Pa·s의 오가노폴리실록세인: 100질량부
(B) 밀착 향상 성분으로서 하기 (B1) 및 (B2)의 화합물
(B1) 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지고, 수산기를 포함해도 되고, 또 아릴기나 산소 원자를 개재해도 되는 탄화수소 화합물, 또는 하기 일반식(6)으로 표시되는 오가노폴리실록세인
(식 중, R6은 동일 또는 상이해도 되는 지방족 불포화 결합을 가지지 않는 탄소수 1~20의 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 이 1가 탄화수소기의 탄소 원자에 결합하고 있는 수소 원자의 일부 또는 전부를 하이드록시기, 사이아노기 혹은 할로겐 원자로 치환한 치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 또는 탄소수 2~12의 산소 원자를 개재해도 되는 알케닐기이며, R6의 적어도 2개는 알케닐기이다. m은 2 이상, n은 0 이상, o는 0 이상, p는 0 이상, 2≤m+n+o+p≤502이다.)
으로서, 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 가지고, 알케닐기 함유량이 (A)성분의 알케닐기 함유량의 5~1,000배에 상당하는 양이며, 또한 에폭시기를 가지지 않는 25℃에서의 점도가 1Pa·s 미만 또는 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 0.1Pa·s 미만의 화합물: 0.1~30질량부
(B2) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 탄소 원자를 통하여 결합한 에폭시사이클로헥실기를 가지는 실록세인 단위를 30몰% 이상 함유하고, 또한 알케닐기를 가지지 않는 평균 중합도가 2~50인 오가노폴리실록세인: 0.1~20질량부
(C) 1분자 중에 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 적어도 2개 가지는 오가노하이드로젠폴리실록세인: 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자의 몰수가 (A)성분과 (B1)성분의 알케닐기 몰수에 대하여 0.5~10배에 상당하는 양
(D) 백금족 금속계 촉매: 촉매량, 및
(E) 유기 용제 또는 물: 0~20,000질량부
를 포함하는 부가 경화형의 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (B2)성분이 하기 일반식(1) 또는 (2)으로 표시되는 직쇄상 또는 환상 실록세인 구조를 가지는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(식 중, Ep는 에폭시사이클로헥실기를 가지는 1가의 유기기이며, R1은 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되는 지방족 불포화 결합을 가지지 않는 탄소수 1~20의 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 이 1가 탄화수소기의 탄소 원자에 결합하고 있는 수소 원자의 일부 또는 전부를 하이드록시기, 사이아노기 혹은 할로겐 원자로 치환한 치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 수소 원자, 수산기, 탄소수 1~10의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 4~30의 알콕시실릴알킬기이다. a는 0~3, b는 0~33, c는 0~48, b+c는 0~48의 정수이며, 에폭시사이클로헥실기를 가지는 실록세인 단위를 30몰% 이상 함유하는 것을 만족하는 정수로부터 선택된다.)
(식 중, Ep, R1은 상기한 바와 같으며, d는 0~3, e는 1~6, d+e는 3~6의 정수이며, 에폭시사이클로헥실기를 가지는 실록세인 단위를 30몰% 이상 함유하는 것을 만족하는 정수로부터 선택된다.) - 제 1 항에 있어서, 또한 (F) (a) 하기 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 아크릴기 및/또는 메타크릴기를 가지는 오가노폴리실록세인 화합물과, (b) 1분자 중에 1개의 래디컬 중합성기를 가지는 래디컬 중합성 모노머를 래디컬 중합시켜 이루어지는 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000~100,000인 아크릴-실리콘계 그래프트 공중합체를 함유하는 박리력 제어 성분을, (A)성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1~20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
[식 중, R2는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, X는 산소 원자, NH기 및 유황 원자로부터 선택되는 기이며, Y는 탄소수 1~12의 산소 원자를 개재해도 되는 2가 탄화수소기이며, R3은 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되는 탄소수 1~20의 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 이 1가 탄화수소기의 탄소 원자에 결합하고 있는 수소 원자의 일부 또는 전부를 하이드록시기, 사이아노기 혹은 할로겐 원자로 치환한 치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 수소 원자, 수산기, 탄소수 1~10의 알콕시기, 또는 하기 일반식(4)
(식 중, R4는 동일해도 되고 상이해도 되는 탄소수 1~20의 1가 탄화수소기, 이 1가 탄화수소기의 탄소 원자에 결합하고 있는 수소 원자의 일부 또는 전부를 하이드록시기, 사이아노기 혹은 할로겐 원자로 치환한 치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 수소 원자, 수산기, 또는 탄소수 1~10의 알콕시기이다. g는 0~300의 정수이다.)
