Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 기판의 표면을 개질하거나 또는 기능화하여 개질된, 기능화된 기판, 재료, 레이어, 베이스, 멤브레인, 분리막, 다공성 멤브레인, 비다공성 전구체 멤브레인 또는 이와 유사한 것을 형성하는 또 다른 일 구체예의 대표도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 개질되거나 및/또는 기능화된 기판, 재료, 레이어, 베이스, 멤브레인, 분리막, 다공성 멤브레인, 비다공성 전구체 멤브레인 또는 이와 유사한 것의 개략적인 측면 또는 끝 부분 대표도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 개질되거나 및/또는 기능화된 기판, 재료, 레이어, 베이스, 멤브레인, 분리막, 다공성 멤브레인, 비다공성 전구체 멤브레인 또는 이와 유사한 것의 두 개의 개략적인 측면 또는 끝 부분 대표도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 추가적인 성분 D(예를 들어 코팅, 레이어 또는 이와 유사한 것)를 포함하는 개질되거나 및/또는 기능화된 기판, 재료, 레이어, 베이스, 멤브레인, 분리막, 다공성 멤브레인, 비다공성 전구체 멤브레인 또는 이와 유사한 것의 개략적인 측면 또는 끝 부분 대표도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 추가적인 성분 D(예를 들어 코팅, 레이어 또는 이와 유사한 것)를 포함하는 개질되거나 및/또는 기능화된 기판, 재료, 레이어, 베이스, 멤브레인, 분리막, 다공성 멤브레인, 비다공성 전구체 멤브레인 또는 이와 유사한 것의 두 개의 개략적인 측면 또는 끝 부분 대표도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다양한 구체예에 따라 제조된 재료의 FTIR 스펙트럼이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 다양한 구체예에 따라 제조된 재료를 나타내는 DSC 커브이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 다양한 구체예에 따라 제조된 재료의 열중량(thermogravimetric) 분석의 대표도이다.
Claims (12)
- 기판과 화학적으로 결합된 표면 개질제(surface modifying agent)을 포함하는 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판에 있어서, 상기 기판은 직물 기판 또는 배터리 분리막이고, 상기 표면 개질제는 표면 개질 성분(surface modifying component) 및 기판 커플링 성분(substrate coupling component)을 포함하고, 상기 기판 커플링 성분은 나이트렌 및/또는 카르벤 전구체인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 성분은 하나의 기판 커플링 성분과 화학적으로 결합된 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판 커플링 성분은 나이트렌 전구체인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 기판 커플링 성분은 아자이드를 포함하는 모노머인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 아자이드를 포함하는 모노머는 설포닐 아자이드 모노머인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 아자이드를 포함하는 모노머는 아릴 설포닐 아자이드 모노머인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 아자이드를 포함하는 모노머는 설폰화 스티렌 아자이드 모노머인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 개질 성분은 친수성 성분, 소수성 성분, 친유성 성분, 소유성 성분, 표면 에너지 개질 성분, 가교 성분, 방향 성분, 방수 성분, 생물학적 성분 및 이의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 다공성 배터리 분리막인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 화학적으로 결합된 표면 개질제는 기판과 공유결합된 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 직물 기판인 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 화학적으로 결합된 표면 개질제는 기판과 공유결합된 표면 개질된 다공성 폴리에틸렌 기판.
