도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 전자식 브레이크 시스템이 제어하는 유압 회로의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 블록도 이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 전자식 브레이크 시스템의 제어 방법을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량의 전자식 브레이크 시스템의 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 차량의 전자식 브레이크 시스템의 제어 방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
Claims (10)
- 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하여 출력되는 전기적 신호에 의해 작동하는 피스톤을 이용하여 액압을 발생시키는 유압 제어 장치를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 페달의 이동거리 및 이동거리 변화량을 측정하는 페달 스트로크 센서부;
상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리 및 이동거리 변화량을 기초로 운전자의 초기 제동 의사를 판단하고, 초기 제동 의사로 판단되면 초기 제동 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 유압 제어 장치는
상기 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하여 액압이 발생되는 마스터 실린더;
상기 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하여 출력되는 전기적 신호에 의해 작동하는 상기 피스톤을 이용하여 액압을 발생시키는 액츄에이터;
상기 액츄에이터에서 발생된 액압을 적어도 하나의 휠에 전달하는 유압 회로; 및
상기 마스터 실린더와 상기 유압 회로 사이에 위치하여 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 컷 밸브;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리가 미리 설정한 제 1 임계값을 초과하고, 상기 페달의 이동거리 변화량이 미리 설정한 제 2 임계값을 초과하면 초기 제동 의사로 판단하며,
상기 제어부는 상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리가 미리 설정한 제 1 임계값보다 큰 제 3 임계값을 초과하면, 소요액량 곡선에 따른 제동 제어를 수행하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 삭제

상기 제어부는 상기 초기 제동 제어 시 미리 설정한 일정 시간 경과하면, 초기 제동 제어를 해제하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하여 출력되는 전기적 신호에 의해 작동하는 피스톤을 이용하여 액압을 발생시키는 유압 제어 장치를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 페달의 이동거리 및 이동거리 변화량을 측정하는 단계;
상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리 및 이동거리 변화량을 기초로 운전자의 초기 제동 의사를 판단하는 단계;
상기 초기 제동 의사가 판단되면 초기 제동 제어하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 유압 제어 장치는 상기 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하는 액압을 발생시키는 마스터 실린더와 상기 브레이크 페달의 변위에 대응하여 출력되는 전기적 신호에 의해 작동하는 상기 피스톤을 이용하여 액압을 발생시키는 액츄에이터;와 상기 액츄에이터에서 발생된 액압을 적어도 하나의 휠에 전달하는 유압 회로 및 상기 마스터 실린더와 상기 유압 회로 사이에 위치하여 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 컷 밸브를 포함하고,
상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리가 미리 설정한 제 1 임계값을 초과하고, 상기 페달의 이동거리 변화량이 미리 설정한 제 2 임계값을 초과하면 초기 제동 의사로 판단하며,
상기 초기 제동 의사가 판단되면 초기 제동 제어하는 단계;는 상기 측정된 페달의 이동거리가 미리 설정한 제 1 임계값보다 큰 제 3 임계값을 초과하면, 소요액량 곡선에 따른 제동 제어를 수행하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템의 제어 방법. - 삭제
