Abstract
Description
도 2의 (a) 및 (b)는, 각각 본 발명의 일실시형태에 의해 얻어지는 적층 필름의 일례를 나타내는 단면도이다. 또, 수지층의 두께는 편의적으로 균일하게 그리고 있다.
도 3의 (a)는 De - Dc가 양인 적층 필름의 단면도이며, (b)는 De - Dc가 음인 적층 필름의 단면도이다.
도 4는, 종래의 적층 필름을 축에 권취한 롤의 단면도이다.
도 5의 (a)는 도 1의 건조 수단(50)의 확대도이며, (b)는 (a)의 상태 B의 적층 필름의 폭 방향 단면도, (c)는 (a)의 상태 A의 적층 필름의 폭 방향 단면도이다.
도 6의 (a)는 편광성 적층 필름(10')의 단면도, 도 6의 (b)는 연신 적층 필름(10'')의 단면 구조의 일례를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 7의 (a)는 편광성 적층 필름(10')의 양면에 보호 필름(3)을 접합한 상태를 나타내는 단면도이며, 도 7의 (b)는 기재 필름(1)으로부터 보호 필름(3) 및 편광자층(2')의 적층체인 편광판(20)을 얻은 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (12)
- 장척의 기재 필름의 적어도 한쪽의 표면에 폴리비닐알콜 수용액을 도공하는 도공 공정,
상기 기재 필름을 길이 방향으로 반송하면서 도공된 상기 수용액을 건조시켜 상기 기재 필름 및 수지층을 갖는 적층 필름을 얻는 건조 공정, 및
상기 적층 필름을 연신 및 염색하여 상기 기재 필름 및 편광자층을 갖는 편광성 적층 필름을 얻는 공정
을 구비하고,
상기 기재 필름의 폭이 500 mm 이상이며,
상기 건조 공정에 있어서, 상기 기재 필름에 대하여 상기 길이 방향으로 상기 기재 필름의 폭 방향의 길이 1 m당 45 N 이상 500 N 이하의 장력을 부여하는 편광성 적층 필름의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층 필름을 축에 권취하여 상기 적층 필름의 롤을 얻는 권취 공정을 더 구비하는 편광성 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편광성 적층 필름을 축에 권취하여 상기 편광성 적층 필름의 롤을 얻는 권취 공정을 더 구비하는 편광성 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 편광성 적층 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 편광성 적층 필름을 제조하는 공정,
상기 편광성 적층 필름의 상기 편광자층 상에 접착제를 통해 보호 필름을 접합하는 공정, 및
상기 편광자층으로부터 상기 기재 필름을 박리하여 편광판을 얻는 공정
을 이 순서로 구비하는 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 편광판을 축에 권취하여 상기 편광판의 롤을 얻는 권취 공정을 더 구비하는 편광판의 제조 방법.
