Claims (5)
- 표면층(110), 발포층(120), 내면층(130)로 구성된 무연신 폴리에틸렌 발포 다층필름에 있어서,
상기 표면층은 밀도가 0.948~0.968g/cm3의 범위인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 90중량비에 대해 밀도가 0.920~0.940g/cm3 의 범위인 다른 폴리에틸렌 수지를 10 중량비로 혼합하거나, 상기 범위인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 80 중량비에 대해 밀도가 0.920~0.940g/cm3 의 범위인 다른 폴리에틸렌 수지를 20 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 발포층은 발포제가 첨가된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 단독으로 사용하거나, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 90~50중량부에 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 비닐아세테이트를 10~50 중량부를 혼합하여 사용하며, 이들의 용융지수는 0.2 ~ 8 g/10min인 범위인 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 내면층은 밀도가 0.860~0.900g/cm3 인 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 또는 0.880~0.910g/cm3 인 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 70~100 중량비에 대해, 0.915~0.925g/cm3 인 저밀도 또는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 0~30 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 표면층은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 MFR가 25~60이고, MI가 0.5~1.5 g/10min 이고, VICAT 연화점이 125~129℃인 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 발포층의 발포율은 20%~200% 비율을 가진 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 발포제는 탄산수소나트륨과 아조디카르본아미드를 1:1로 혼합하여 한화솔루션의 LDPE 5321로 미리 30% 농축한 마스터 배치로 만든 발포제와 질소 가스 발포제 중에서 어느 하나를 선택하여 사용하고,
상기 내면층은 열봉합 온도가 100~110℃ 인 수지를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
한번의 블로운 공압출 공정을 거쳐 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 다층필름 - 삭제
