Description
도 2는 바이오마커가 탑재되지 않은 FET 바이오 센서에 대한 평면도 및 A-A 방향에 대한 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오 센서에 있어서, 바이오 마커 고정용 지그를 도시한 단면도 및 평면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오 센서에 있어서, 바이오 마커 고정용 지그의 내부에 충진될 수 있는 바이오마커들을 예시적으로 도시한 모식도이다.
도 5은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오 센서에 있어서, 액체시료 검사용 덮개를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오 센서의 제작 과정을 도시한 흐름도이며, 도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오 센서의 제작 과정의 각 공정별 단면도들이다.

Claims (5)
- 표면에 패터닝된 Cu층을 구비하는 기판;
상기 기판의 Cu층위에 서로 이격 배치된 소스와 드레인;
상기 기판의 Cu층위에 배치되되, 상기 소스와 드레인의 사이에 배치된 그래핀;
상기 기판의 Cu층위에 배치되되, 상기 그래핀의 일측에 배치된 게이트; 및
내부에 바이오마커가 충진되어 상기 그래핀의 상부에 탑재된 바이오마커 고정용 지그;를 구비하고,
상기 바이오마커 고정용 지그는,
플라스틱 재질 또는 금속 재질로 이루어지고 내부에 바이오마커를 충진할 수 있도록 구성된 본체;
바이오마커가 충진될 본체의 내부 표면에 도금 처리되어 형성된 제1 박막층; 및
상기 제1 박막층의 표면에 그래핀이 증착되어 형성된 제2 박막층;
을 구비하여, 바이오마커 고정용 지그에 충진된 바이오마커가 접촉되는 제2 박막층의 표면은 그래핀인 것을 특징으로 한 그래핀을 기반으로 한 FET 바이오 센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 FET 바이오 센서는,
상기 그래핀 및 상기 바이오마커 고정용 지그를 덮을 수 있도록 구성되고, 상부면에는 상기 지그의 상면을 노출시키기 위한 개구부가 형성된 액체 시료 검사용 덮개;를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한 그래핀을 기반으로 한 FET 바이오 센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 인쇄회로기판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 그래핀을 기반으로 한 FET 바이오 센서.
- 삭제
- (a) 에폭시 수지 표면에 Cu층이 형성된 기판을 준비하는 단계;
(b) 기판의 표면에 사진 식각 공정을 이용하여 Cu층을 패터닝하여 금속 배선을 형성한 후, 소스, 드레인, 게이트를 형성하는 단계;
(c) 그래핀 증착 부위의 감광 필름을 박리한 후, 그래핀을 증착하는 단계;
(d) 바이오마커가 충진된 바이오마커 고정용 지그를 제작하는 단계;
(e) 바이오마커 고정용 지그를 그래핀위에 탑재하여 고정시키는 단계; 및
(f) 바이오마커 고정용 지그의 상부에 액체시료 검사용 덮개를 탑재하는 단계;를 구비하고,
상기 (d) 단계는,
플라스틱 재질 또는 금속 재질로 이루어지고 내부에 바이오마커를 충진할 수 있도록 구성된 바이오마커 고정용 지그의 본체를 제작하고, 바이오마커 고정용 지그의 본체의 내부 표면에 도금 처리하여 제1 박막층을 형성하고, 상기 제1 박막층의 표면에 그래핀을 증착하여 제2 박막층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 기반의 FET 바이오센서 제작 방법.
