Claims (20)
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성된 전극과,상기 전극 위에 형성되어 있고, 상면에 항원 또는 리간드 잔기가 부동화되어 있는 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막을 포함하는 생체 감지막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 실리콘 또는 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막의 상면에 항원이 부동화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 항원은 숙신이미드 또는 알데히드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막의 상면에 리간드 잔기가 부동화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 리간드 잔기는 바이오틴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체 감지막은 상기 전극과 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막 사이에 형성되어 있는 생체 분자 고정화 접착막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 생체 분자 고정화 접착막은 티올 또는 아민을 기본 구조로 하는 자기조립 단분자막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학식 면역 센서.
- (a) 전극 위에 형성된 자기조립 단분자막과, 상기 자기조립 단분자막 위에 형성되고 상면에 항원 또는 리간드 잔기가 부동화되어 있는 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막으로 이루어지는 생체 감지막을 포함하는 전기화학식 면역 센서와,(b) 상기 항원 또는 리간드 잔기에 특이적으로 결합 가능한 항체 또는 리셉터가 희석되어 있는 완충 수용액과,(c) 침전 기질과,(d) 상기 항원과 항체간 또는 리간드 잔기와 리셉터간의 특이적 반응의 유무를 탐지하여 상기 침전 기질의 침전 형성 반응을 유도하기 위하여 상기 항체 또는 리셉터에 결합 가능한 표지된 촉매 효소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 자기조립 단분자막은 티올 또는 아민을 기본 구조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막에는 항원이 부동화되어 있고, 상기 완충 수용액에는 상기 항원에 특이적으로 결합 가능한 항체가 희석되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 덴드라이머 단일막에는 리간드 잔기가 부동화되어 있고, 상기 완충 수용액에는 상기 리간드 잔기에 특이적으로 결합 가능한 리셉터가 희석되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 리간드 잔기는 바이오틴으로 이루어지고, 상기 리셉터는 아비딘 또는 스트렙트아비딘으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 침전 기질은 4-클로로-1-나프톨로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 표지된 촉매 효소는 페록시디아제, 알칼라인 포스파타아제 또는 포도당 산화 효소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 따른 전기화학식 면역 센서를 이용하여 액체 샘플중의 생화학 시료를 감지 및 정량하기 위하여,상기 액체 샘플을 상기 생체 감지막과 반응시키는 단계와,상기 생체 감지막 표면에 침전 기질과 표지된 촉매 효소의 혼합 용액을 공급하여 침전 형성 반응을 유도하는 단계와,순환 전압전류법을 이용하여 상기 전기화학식 면역 센서의 전극으로부터의 전기화학적 신호를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 침전 기질은 4-클로로-1-나프톨로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 표지된 촉매 효소는 페록시디아제, 알칼라인 포스파타아제 또는 포도당 산화 효소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생화학 시료 검출 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 신호를 검출하는 단계는 상기 전기화학식 면역 센서의 유효 전극 면적의 감소에 따른 전기 신호의 감쇄를 측정하기 위하여 상기 검출된 전기화학적 신호로부터 얻어지는 전압전류의 파형의 변화 또는 최대 전류값의 변화를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 생화학 시료 검출 방법.
