도 4는 본 발명에 의한 외과용 클립의 제1 레그부와 제2 레그부를 전개하여 제1 레그부와 제2 레그부의 내측인 제1 결찰부와 제2 결찰부에 형성된 제1 리브와 제2 리브룰 나타낸 상태의 도면을 나타낸다.
도 5는 외과용 클립 어플라이어에 의해 본 발명에 의한 외과용 클립이 혈관 또는 관형 조직을 결찰한 후에 제 1능선부와 제2 능성부에 의해 형성되는 패턴구조에 대한 도면을 나타낸다.

Claims (5)
- 외과용 클립 어플라이어에 적용되는 외과용 클립에 있어서,
제1 결찰부를 구비하고 연장 형성되는 제1 레그부;
제2 결찰부를 구비하고 연장 형성되는 제2 레그부; 및
상기 제1 레그부와 상기 제2 레그부가 결합되는 결합부;를 포함하고,
상기 제1 레그부와 상기 제2 레그부는 상기 결합부의 중앙을 지나는 가상의 중심선을 기준으로 서로 대칭되도록 V자 형상으로 형성되되,
상기 외과용 클립 어플라이어를 통해 상기 외과용 클립이 혈관 또는 관형 조직을 결찰하는 경우에 상기 제1 결찰부와 상기 제2 결찰부는 서로 밀착됨에 따라 혈관 또는 관형 조직을 결찰하고,
상기 제1 레그부는 상기 제1 결찰부에 형성되는 복수의 제1 리브;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 레그부는 상기 제2 결찰부에 형성되는 복수의 제2 리브;를 더 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제1 리브는 각각,
상기 제1 결찰부에 단면형상이 삼각형이 되도록 돌출 형성되는 바디부;
상기 바디부의 일측에 45도 각도로 경사자게 형성되는 제1 경사부;
상기 바디부의 타측에 상기 제1 경사부와 반대방향으로 45도 각도로 경사지게 형성되는 제2 경사부; 및
상기 제1 경사부과 상기 제2 경사부에 의해 형성되는 제1 능선부;를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 제2 리브는 각각,
상기 제2 결찰부에 단면형상이 삼각형이 되도록 돌출 형성되는 베이스부;
상기 베이스부의 일측에 45도 각도로 경사자게 형성되는 제1 테이퍼부;
상기 베이스부의 타측에 상기 제1 테이퍼부와 반대방향으로 45도 각도로 경사지게 형성되는 제2 테이퍼부; 및
상기 제1 테이퍼부와 상기 제2 테이퍼부에 의해 형성되는 제2 능선부;를 포함하고,
상기 외과용 클립 어플라이어를 통해 상기 클립이 혈관 또는 관형 조직을 결찰할 때에, 각각의 상기 제1 능선부와 각각의 상기 제1 능선부에 대응하는 각각의 상기 제2 능선부는 서로 직교하면서 서로 밀착되도록 상기 제1 능선부와 상기 제2 능선부는 상기 제1 결찰부와 상기 제2 결찰부의 폭방향 중심을 지나는 가상의 연장선을 기준으로 45도 기울어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 클립. - 삭제
