Claims (11)
2) 상기 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 숙성하는 단계;
3) 상기 숙성된 실리카 습윤겔 블랭킷을 초임계 건조하는 단계;
4) 초임계 건조 후 발생한 초임계 폐액을 회수하고, 회수된 초임계 폐액에 황산 및 표면개질제를 첨가하여 재생시키는 단계; 및
5) 상기 재생된 초임계 폐액을 상기 단계 1)에서 재사용하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 숙성은 용매 없이 수행하는 것이며,
상기 단계 4)는
4-1) 초임계 건조 후 발생한 초임계 폐액을 회수하고, 회수된 초임계 폐액에 황산 및 표면개질제를 첨가하는 단계 및
4-2) 상기 황산 및 표면개질제를 첨가하여 생성된 불용성 염을 침전시켜 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 초임계 폐액은 물, 유기 용매 및 암모늄 이온(NH4 +)을 포함하는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 유기 용매는 알코올계 용매인 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 황산은, 상기 초임계 폐액의 pH가 2.5 내지 8.0 이 되도록 첨가하는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 표면개질제는 황산 및 표면개질제 첨가 전 초임계 폐액 100 중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량부를 첨가하는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 불용성 염은 황산암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 표면개질제는 실라잔계 표면개질제인 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 실라잔계 표면개질제는 하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R11 내지 R13, 및 R21 내지 R23는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬기일 수 있으며, 단 R11 내지 R13, 및 R21 내지 R23가 동시에 수소원자는 아니다.
상기 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법은 표면개질 단계를 포함하지 않는 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
상기 블랭킷용 기재는 필름, 시트, 네트, 섬유, 발포체, 부직포체 또는 이들의 2층 이상의 적층체인 것인 실리카 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법.
