Abstract
Description
도 2은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 기공 형성제 함량에 따른 표면의 SEM 이미지를 도시한 것이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 밀도 및 공극율을 분석한 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 굽힘 강도 및 굽힘 탄성 계수를 분석한 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 3점 굴곡 테스트 결과를 도시한 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 소결공정에 의해 제조된 골지지체와 3D프린팅에 의해 제조된 골지지체의 표면의 SEM 이미지를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 티타튬 분말(Titanium powder)과 기공 형성제(pore former)를 혼합한 혼합물을 준비하는 단계;
바인더(binder)가 용해된 용매에 상기 혼합물을 혼합 후 압축하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 성형체로부터 상기 기공 형성제를 제거하여 내부 공극을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 내부 공극이 형성된 성형체를 소결하여 소결체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 PLA(polyactic Acid) 또는 알긴산(Algenic acid)이며,
상기 소결체의 공극률은 24.0 % 내지 40.6 %이고,
상기 소결체의 밀도는 2.52 g/cm3 내지 3.23 g/cm3 이며,
상기 기공 형성제는 아연(Zn)이고,
상기 성형체로부터 상기 기공 형성제를 제거하여 내부 공극을 형성하는 단계에서, 상기 아연은 강산으로 처리하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기공 형성제는 5 내지 15 vol%로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기공 형성제는 50 내지 200 μm의 입자직경를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 소결체의 내부 공극을 통해 생체 적합성 물질을 코팅하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체 적합성 다공성 티타늄 골지지체의 제조방법.
