Abstract
Description
도 2 는 실시예 2 의 알루미늄 플레이크 안료에 포함되는 소직경 알루미늄 플레이크의 수의 비율을 알루미늄 플레이크의 전체로부터 육안으로 산출하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 주사형 전자 현미경 이미지를 나타내는 도면 대용 사진이다.
도 3 은 실시예 2 의 알루미늄 플레이크 안료에 포함되는 알루미늄 플레이크의 원료로 한 알루미늄 입자의 주사형 전자 현미경 이미지를 나타내는 도면 대용 사진이다.
도 4 는 비교예 1 의 알루미늄 플레이크 안료에 포함되는 알루미늄 플레이크의 주사형 전자 현미경 이미지를 나타내는 도면 대용 사진이다.
도 5 는 비교예 1 의 알루미늄 플레이크 안료에 포함되는 알루미늄 플레이크의 원료로 한 알루미늄 입자의 주사형 전자 현미경 이미지를 나타내는 도면 대용 사진이다.
Claims (4)
- 알루미늄 플레이크를 포함하는 알루미늄 플레이크 안료로서,
상기 알루미늄 플레이크는, 입자 사이즈가 1 ㎛ 이하가 되는 소직경 알루미늄 플레이크를 포함하고,
상기 알루미늄 플레이크를 주사형 전자 현미경을 사용하여 관찰했을 때의 현미경 이미지에 있어서, 상기 소직경 알루미늄 플레이크는, 그 수의 비율이 상기 알루미늄 플레이크의 전체에 대하여 22 % 이상 35 % 이하이고, L*15 가 140 이상, FI 치가 13 이상이고, 상기 L*15 및 상기 FI 치는 변각 측색계 (X-rite 사의 MA68II) 를 이용하여, 상기 알루미늄 플레이크 안료로 제조된 도판 상의 임의의 3군데에서 측정된 L*15 및 FI 치의 평균치인, 알루미늄 플레이크 안료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 현미경 이미지에 있어서, 상기 소직경 알루미늄 플레이크는, 그 수의 비율이 상기 알루미늄 플레이크의 전체에 대하여 22 % 이상 25 % 이하인, 알루미늄 플레이크 안료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 플레이크는, 그 입도 분포를 레이저 회절식 입도 분포 측정 장치를 사용하여 측정했을 경우, 상기 입도 분포로부터 얻어지는 로진·램러 선도에 기초한 균등수 (n) 가 2.5 이상인, 알루미늄 플레이크 안료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 알루미늄 플레이크 안료의 제조 방법으로서,
아토마이즈법에 의해, 순알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로부터 아토마이즈 입자를 얻는 공정과,
상기 아토마이즈 입자를 분급함으로써 알루미늄 입자를 얻는 공정과,
상기 알루미늄 입자를 분쇄함으로써 알루미늄 플레이크를 얻는 공정을 포함하는, 알루미늄 플레이크 안료의 제조 방법.
