Claims (23)
- 부직포 웹(nonwoven web)의 제조 방법으로서,
해섬된(defibrated) 천연 셀룰로스 섬유, 접합 섬유 및 선택적으로, 인공 섬유의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 에어성형(airforming)하여 적어도 하나의 균질한 에어레이드 웹을 수득하는 단계;
상기 에어레이드 웹을 수력얽힘(hydroentangling)시켜 상기 웹을 적어도 하나의 면 상에 통합시키는 단계; 및
상기 수력얽힘된 웹을 건조 및 열접합시켜 상기 부직포 웹을 수득하는 단계를 포함하되;

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인공 섬유가 존재하되, 상기 인공 섬유는 합성 중합체 및 지속 가능한 중합체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 천연 셀룰로스 섬유는 목재 펄프이고, 상기 인공 섬유는 비스코스(viscose) 또는 라이오셀(lyocell)인, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합 섬유는 중합체의 피복부(sheath) 및 상기 피복부 중합체와 상이한 적어도 1종의 중합체의 코어를 갖는 2성분 섬유이되; 상기 피복부 중합체의 용융점은 상기 코어의 상기 적어도 1종의 중합체의 용융점보다 더 낮은, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접합 섬유의 상기 피복부는 폴리에틸렌 또는 PLM 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 상기 접합 섬유의 상기 코어는 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에스터 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합 섬유의 함량은 건조 부직포 웹의 8중량% 내지 25중량%인, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 목재 펄프는 설파이트 펄핑(pulping)에 의해서 수득된 설파이트 펄프인, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이드 웹은 수력얽힘되어 양면 상에 상기 웹을 통합시키는, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 건조 작업의 온도는 상기 피복부 중합체의 상기 용융점과 동일하거나 최대 10℃ 더 높되, 건조 온도는 상기 적어도 1종의 코어 중합체의 상기 용융점보다 더 낮은, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수력얽힘된 웹을 엠보싱(embossing)하는 단계를 더 포함하되; 상기 엠보싱하는 작업은 상기 에어성형 및 수력얽힘과 연속적인, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 및 열접합된 부직포 웹을 크레이핑(crepeing)시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이드 웹의 상기 에어성형은 단일 에어성형기(airformer)에서 수행되는, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이드 웹의 상기 에어성형은 하나 초과의 에어성형기에서 수행되고, 각각의 웹의 섬유 함량은 동일한, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어레이드 웹의 상기 에어성형은 하나 초과의 에어성형기에서 수행되고, 적어도 하나의 웹의 섬유 함량은 또 다른 웹의 섬유 함량과는 상이한, 부직포 웹의 제조 방법.

60중량% 내지 85중량%의 목재 펄프;
20중량% 내지 5중량%의 라이오셀; 및
10중량% 내지 20중량%의 접합 섬유를 포함하되; 상기 부직포 웹의 평량은 40g/㎡ 내지 60g/㎡이고, MD/CD 비는 3 미만이고, CD 습식 인장 강도는 12N/5㎝ 이상이고, 상기 부직포 웹의 두께는 0.5㎜ 내지 1.5㎜인, 부직포 웹. - 제20항에 있어서, 상기 부직포 웹은
60중량% 내지 85중량%의 목재 펄프;
20중량% 내지 5중량%의 비스코스; 및
10중량% 내지 20중량%의 접합 섬유를 포함하되;
