Claims (12)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법:
(a) 저농도의 유기물질 함유 발효액을 진공상태에서 100℃이하의 온도로 직접 가열하여 유기물질을 농축하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a) 단계에서 농축된 발효액을 100~250℃의 온도로 가열하여 잔여의 물과 유기물질을 기화시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계에서 기화된 유기물질과 발효액에 존재하는 이물질을 분리하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 분리된 기체를 기상탈수반응 온도까지 높여주는 단계,
상기 (a) 단계의 농축에서는 스파이럴 타입 열교환기 또는 다단계 증발기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 함.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발효액의 유기물질 농도는 1~30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 농축된 유기물질 농도는 30~80중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계는 발효액을 50~750Torr의 진공상태에서 38~100℃로 직접 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 기화에는 스크랩드 서페이스 열교환기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계 전에 스파이럴 타입 열교환기를 통한 예비 가열하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계는 고체/기체 분리기 또는 전기집진기를 통해 기화된 유기물질과 발효액 내 불순물을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기물질은 비점이 물보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기물질 기상탈수반응 원료의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유기물질은 3-하이드록시 프로피오닉산, 젖산, 탄소수 4개 이상인 알코올류, 사이클로 알콜로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 유기물 기상탈수반응 원료 제조방법.
