Claims (17)
- 양막 인서트(amniotic membrane insert)를 파지하기 위한 안과용 겸자(ophthalmic forceps)로서:
제1 아암으로서, 상기 제1 아암은 상기 제1 아암의 원위 단부에 인접한 제1 파지 팁(grasping tip)을 포함하고, 상기 제1 아암은 상기 제1 파지 팁의 내측 표면을 따라서 배치된 노치(notch)를 더 포함하며, 상기 노치는 양막 인서트 상의 내부 컨포머 링(inner conformer ring)의 외측 에지에 맞도록 구성된 폭과 깊이를 가지는 상기 내측 표면 내의 둥근 만입부이고, 상기 제1 파지 팁의 내측 표면은 제1 세트의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들을 가지며, 상기 노치는 상기 제1 파지 팁의 원위 단부에 인접하게 배치되고 상기 제1 세트의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들에 대해 원위에 배치되는, 제1 아암;
제2 아암으로서, 상기 제2 아암은 상기 제2 아암의 원위 단부에 인접한 제2 파지 팁을 포함하고, 상기 제2 파지 팁의 내측 표면은 제2 세트의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들로 균일하게 덮이며, 상기 제2 세트의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들의 다수의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들은 상기 제1 파지 팁의 상기 노치 반대편에 배치되고 상기 양막 인서트의 상기 내부 컨포머 링의 내측 에지와 상호작용하도록 구성되는, 제2 아암; 및
근위 단부에서 상기 제1 및 제2 아암들을 유연하게 연결하는 결합부로서, 상기 제1 및 제2 아암들의 제1 및 제2 파지부에 안쪽으로의 압력(inward pressure)의 적용은 상기 제1 아암의 원위 단부와 상기 제2 아암의 원위 단부를 함께 이동시켜 상기 노치와 상기 노치 반대편에 배치된 상기 제2 세트의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들의 다수의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들 사이의 상기 내부 컨포머 링을 가역적으로 잠기게 하여 상기 내부 컨포머 링이 움직이는 것을 방지하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 파지부에 대한 압력의 해제는 상기 제1 및 제2 아암들이 초기 개방 위치로 복귀하여 상기 내부 컨포머 링을 해제하는 것을 허용하는, 결합부;를 포함하는 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 아암은 상기 제1 아암과 동일한 길이를 가지는, 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노치는 상기 제1 파지 팁의 폭을 횡단하는, 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 아암들은 상기 근위 단부로부터 연장되어 배향 평면(plane of orientation)을 정의하는 각각의 아암의 길이방향 축을 생성하는, 겸자. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 아암들의 원위 단부들은 상기 겸자의 배향 평면으로부터 멀어지게 아래쪽으로 만곡되는, 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노치의 내측 표면은 하나 이상의 횡방향 홈형 미끄럼-방지 요소들을 포함하는, 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 파지 팁들은 둥근 단부들을 가지는, 겸자. - 제1항에 있어서,
