Claims (13)
- 제1 접합 유리 부재와, 제2 접합 유리 부재와, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 중간막을 구비하는 접합 유리이며,
상기 제1 접합 유리 부재와 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재 사이에, 상기 중간막이 배치되어 있고,
하기 제1 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 2㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량의, 하기의 제1 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 70㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량에 대한 비가 0.5를 초과하는 접합 유리.
제1 광의 조사 시험: 상기 접합 유리에, 크세논광을, 블랙 패널 온도 83℃, 조내 온도 50℃ 및 습도 50%RH로 144시간 조사한 후, 상기 접합 유리를 깊이 15㎝ 수조를 사용해서 80℃의 순수에 24시간 침지하고, 23℃ 습도 50%의 환경에서 4시간 건조하는 공정을 행한다. 상기 공정을 1사이클로 하여, 상기 공정을 4사이클 행한다. 크세논광의 조사 시에, 방사 조도는 180W/㎡이고, 방사 조도 측정 파장은 300 내지 400㎚이고, 이너 필터는 석영, 및 아우터 필터는 석영: #275(컷오프 275㎚)이다. 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재 및 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재의 가시광선 투과율이 동일한 경우에, 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재측으로부터 크세논광을 조사한다. 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재 및 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재 중 가시광선 투과율이 다른 경우에, 가시광선 투과율이 높은 쪽의 접합 유리 부재측으로부터 크세논광을 조사한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 제2 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 1㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량의, 하기 제2 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 70㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량에 대한 비가 0.7을 초과하는 접합 유리.
제2 광의 조사 시험: 상기 접합 유리에, 크세논광을, 블랙 패널 온도 83℃, 조내 온도 50℃ 및 습도 50%RH로 144시간 조사한 후, 상기 접합 유리를 깊이 15㎝ 수조를 사용해서 80℃의 순수에 24시간 침지하고, 23℃ 습도 50%의 환경에서 4시간 건조하는 공정을 행한다. 상기 공정을 1사이클로 하여, 상기 공정을 7사이클 행한다. 크세논광의 조사 시에, 방사 조도는 180W/㎡이고, 방사 조도 측정 파장은 300 내지 400㎚이고, 이너 필터는 석영, 및 아우터 필터는 석영: #275(컷오프 275㎚)이다. 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재 및 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재의 가시광선 투과율이 동일한 경우에, 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재측으로부터 크세논광을 조사한다. 상기 제1 접합 유리 부재 및 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재 중 가시광선 투과율이 다른 경우에, 가시광선 투과율이 높은 쪽의 접합 유리 부재측으로부터 크세논광을 조사한다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 2㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량의, 상기 제1 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 70㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량에 대한 비가 1.5 이하인 접합 유리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 1㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량의, 상기 제2 광의 조사 시험 후의 상기 접합 유리의 단부로부터 내측을 향해서 거리 70㎜의 위치에서의 상기 중간막의 상기 접합 유리 부재에 접하는 층 중의 상기 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량에 대한 비가 1.4 이하인 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접합 유리의 단부에 있어서, 상기 중간막의 측면이 노출되어 있는 부분이 존재하는 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간막이, 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 이하이고 또한 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 층을 갖거나, 또는 착색되어 있고 또한 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 층을 갖는 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간막이, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 제1층과, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 제2층을 구비하고, 상기 제2층이, 상기 제1층의 제1 표면측에 배치되어 있는 접합 유리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중간막이, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 제3층을 구비하고,
상기 제3층이, 상기 제1층의 상기 제1 표면과 반대인 제2 표면측에 배치되어 있는 접합 유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간막 중의 상기 열가소성 수지가, 폴리비닐부티랄 수지, 또는 아이오노머 수지를 포함하는 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간막의 가시광선 투과율이 70% 이상인 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자동차에 있어서, 윈드실드용 유리로서 사용되는 접합 유리이며, 상기 중간막과 차외측의 접합 유리 부재와의 접착면에 흑색 도장이 실시되어 있지 않은 접합 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자동차에 있어서, 사이드 유리, 루프 유리 또는 백라이트용 유리로서 사용되는 접합 유리.
- 제12항에 있어서, 자동차에 있어서, 사이드 유리로서 사용되고,
상기 사이드 유리의 일부가, 직접 옥외에 노출되도록 사용되는 접합 유리.
