Claims (14)
- 가열 챔버 및 히터 조립체를 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치로서, 상기 가열 챔버는 상기 히터 조립체를 수용하도록 구성되며, 상기 히터 조립체는 히터 쉘, 지지 요소 및 적어도 하나의 가열 요소를 포함하며, 상기 히터 쉘은 가열 요소를 수용하도록 구성되며, 상기 히터 쉘은 복수의 열 절연 공동을 포함하는 내벽을 가지며, 상기 가열 요소는 상기 히터 쉘의 상기 내벽을 라이닝(lining)하도록 배열되며, 상기 히터 쉘은 상기 지지 요소 내에 배열되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동은 상기 히터 쉘의 내벽에 반복 패턴을 형성하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 공동은 육각형 형상을 가지는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 공동은 직사각형 형상을 가지는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히터 쉘은 관형, 원통형, 원추형 또는 절두 원추형 형상을 가지는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히터 쉘은 상기 히터 쉘의 외벽 상에 적어도 하나의 돌출부를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히터 쉘은 적어도 하나의 고정 톱니(securing tooth)를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 요소는 상기 히터 쉘을 수용하도록 구성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 요소는 내벽을 가지며, 상기 지지 요소는 상기 지지 요소의 상기 내벽 상에 적어도 하나의 돌출부를 포함하여, 상기 히터 쉘이 상기 지지 요소에 삽입될 때 적어도 하나의 열 절연 셀이 상기 지지 요소와 상기 히터 쉘 사이에 형성되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 요소는 외벽을 가지며, 상기 지지 요소는 상기 지지 요소의 상기 외벽 상에 적어도 하나의 돌출부를 포함하는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 요소는 관형, 원통형, 원추형 또는 절두 원추형 형상을 가지는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지 요소는 적어도 하나의 고정 톱니를 가지는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열 반사 요소가 상기 가열 요소와 상기 히터 쉘 사이에 제공되는, 에어로졸 발생 장치.
- 에어로졸 발생 장치의 가열 챔버에 삽입하기 위한 히터 조립체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 방법은,
(a) 히터 쉘을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 히터 쉘은 가열 요소를 수용하고 복수의 열 절연 공동을 포함하는 내벽을 갖도록 구성되는, 단계;
(b) 상기 히터 쉘의 상기 내벽을 라이닝하는 적어도 하나의 가열 요소를 상기 히터 쉘에 삽입하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 가열 요소를 포함하는 상기 히터 쉘을 지지 요소에 삽입하는 단계로서, 상기 지지 요소가 상기 히터 쉘을 수용하도록 구성되는, 단계를 포함하는, 히터 조립체의 제조 방법.
