R1, R3, R4, R5, R7 및 R8은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 중수소이고,
R6은 수소, 중수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C60아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C60헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 1가 비-방향족 축합다환 그룹, 및 치환 또는 비치환된 1가 비-방향족 헤테로축합다환 그룹 중에서 선택되며;
R2 및 R9는 각각 독립적으로 화학식 2a 내지 2e로부터 선택되며,
상기 화학식 중, Z1은 수소, 중수소, 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 헤테로아릴기, 1가 비-방향족 축합다환 그룹, 및 1가 비-방향족 헤테로축합다환 그룹 중에서 선택되고;
Z1 가 복수개인 경우 각각은 동일하거나, 또는 다르며;
p는 1 내지 9 중의 임의의 정수이고;
*은 결합을 나타내고,
상기 치환된 C6-C60아릴기, 치환된 C1-C60헤테로아릴기, 치환된 1가 비-방향족 축합다환 그룹, 및 치환된 1가 비-방향족 헤테로축합다환 그룹 중 적어도 하나의 치환기는,
