Claims (17)
B, Al, Si, Ti, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Zr, Mo 및 W으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 제1 원소; 및
이온 반경이 80pm 이상이고, 니켈 및 상기 제1 원소와 상이한 제2 원소를 함유하고,
상기 제2 원소는 상기 2차 입자의 외표면, 상기 1차 입자들 사이의 입계 및 상기 1차 입자들의 내부에 존재하고,
상기 제2 원소의 총 중량 중 상기 1차 입자들의 내부에 존재하는 제2 원소의 비율은 5 중량% 내지 20중량%인, 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
