Claims (13)
- 커버 윈도우용 셀 기재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 셀 기재의 제 1 면에 베젤 패턴을 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 제 1 면과 대향하는 상기 셀 기재의 제 2 면에 코팅층을 코팅하되, 상기 코팅층은 상기 셀 기재의 제 2 면 전체, 상기 셀 기재의 측면, 상기 셀 기재의 측면과 상기 베젤 패턴 사이에서 상기 베젤 패턴이 형성되지 않은 상기 셀 기재의 제 1 면, 및 상기 베젤 패턴의 외측면 전체와 상면 일부를 덮도록 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴을 코팅하는 단계는,
전사, 스크린 인쇄, 및 패드 인쇄 중 하나의 방법을 사용하여 이루어지는,
커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 셀 기재는 유연성 필름 또는 유리 기재인
커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 면을 코팅하는 단계는,
상기 제 2 면을 하드 코팅하는 단계, 상기 제 2 면을 반사방지 코팅하는 단계, 상기 제 2 면을 비산방지 코팅하는 단계 또는 상기 제 2 면을 지문방지 코팅하는 단계인,
커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 면을 코팅하는 단계에서는,
상기 제 2 면을 코팅하는 코팅액이 상기 제 1 면의 상기 베젤 패턴 안쪽으로 침투하지 않는,
커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 베젤 패턴을 코팅하는 단계와 상기 제 2 면을 코팅하는 단계 사이에,
반전 장치를 사용하여 상기 셀 기재를 뒤집는 단계를 더 포함하는,
커버 윈도우의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 커버 윈도우.
- 제 7 항의 커버 윈도우가 부착된 편광판.
- 제 7 항의 커버 윈도우가 부착된 터치 센서.
- 셀 기재;
상기 셀 기재의 제 1 면에 형성된 베젤 패턴; 및
상기 제 1 면과 대향하는 상기 셀 기재의 제 2 면 전체, 상기 셀 기재의 측면, 상기 셀 기재의 측면과 상기 베젤 패턴 사이에서 상기 베젤 패턴이 형성되지 않은 상기 셀 기재의 제 1 면 및 상기 베젤 패턴의 외측면 전체와 상면 일부를 덮는 코팅층;
을 포함하는 커버 윈도우. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅층은 하드 코팅층, 반사방지 코팅층, 비산방지 코팅층 또는 지문방지 코팅층인,
커버 윈도우. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항의 커버 윈도우가 부착된 편광판.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항의 커버 윈도우가 부착된 터치 센서.
