Claims (18)
- 연결 금속 노드에 연결된 세장형 금속 섬유를 포함하는 금속 매트릭스를 포함하고, 매트릭스는:
제1 소결점을 갖는 제1 금속 재료를 포함하는 연결 금속 노드; 및
제1 소결점보다 더 큰 제2 소결점을 갖는 제2 금속 재료의 세장형 금속 섬유를 포함하고,
연결 금속 노드에 의해 연결되고 연결 금속 노드 사이에서 연장하는 세장형 금속 섬유를 포함하는 상호연결된 금속 매트릭스를 형성하도록, 세장형 금속 섬유들은 서로 융합되지 않고 상기 연결 금속 노드는 세장형 금속 섬유에 융합되며,
다공성 금속 소결체는 다공성 필터 막이며, 상기 제1 금속 재료가 니켈 또는 니켈 합금이며, 상기 제2 금속 재료가 스테인리스 스틸인 다공성 금속 소결체. - 제1항에 있어서,
30 내지 70 중량%의 제1 금속 재료, 및
70 내지 30 중량%의 제2 금속 재료를 포함하는 다공성 금속 소결체. - 제1항에 있어서, 대기압 압력에서의 상기 제2 소결점이 제1 소결점보다 적어도 200 ℃ 더 높은 다공성 금속 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대기압 압력에서의 상기 제1 소결점은 530 내지 630 ℃ 범위인 다공성 금속 소결체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 70 내지 90 % 범위의 다공도를 갖는 다공성 금속 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 0.30 m2/g의 표면적(BET)을 갖는 다공성 금속 소결체.
- 제1 소결점을 갖는 제1 금속 재료의 분말화된 금속 입자, 제1 소결점보다 높은 제2 소결점을 갖는 제2 금속 재료의 세장형 금속 섬유 입자를 포함하는 금속 입자의 블렌드를 제공하는 단계; 및
세장형 금속 섬유들은 서로 소결하지 않고 분말화된 금속 재료를 세장형 금속 섬유에 소결하기 위해, 및 분말화된 금속 입자를 소결함으로써 형성된 연결 금속 노드에서 연결되는 세장형 금속 섬유를 포함하는 금속 매트릭스를 형성하기 위해 제1 소결점보다 높고 제2 소결점보다 낮은 온도에서 블렌드를 소결하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1 금속 재료가 니켈 또는 니켈 합금이며, 상기 제2 금속 재료가 스테인리스 스틸인,
연결 금속 노드에 연결된 세장형 금속 섬유를 포함하는 다공성 필터 막을 형성하는 방법. - 삭제
