Claims (5)
- 피가공물을 유지하는 유지 테이블과, 스핀들과 그 스핀들에 장착되어 그 유지 테이블로 유지된 피가공물을 연삭하는 연삭 휠을 포함하는 연삭 수단을 포함하는 연삭 장치로서,
그 연삭 휠은, 지립을 본드제로 결합한 연삭 지석을 갖고,
그 연삭 휠은, 환상의 휠 기대와, 그 휠 기대의 바닥면에 환상으로 배치 형성된 복수의 직방체 형상의 그 연삭 지석을 포함하고,
그 유지 테이블로 유지된 피가공물을 그 연삭 수단으로 연삭할 때에 적어도 그 연삭 지석에 연삭수를 공급하는 연삭수 공급 수단과,
그 유지 테이블에 인접함과 함께 가공시의 그 연삭 휠의 축 방향 선단에 대향하도록 배치 형성되고, 그 유지 테이블로 유지된 피가공물을 연삭하는 그 연삭 지석의 연삭면에 광을 조사하는 광 조사 수단을 포함하고,
그 광 조사 수단은, 그 광을 발광하는 발광부와, 그 발광부를 둘러싸서 그 광의 확산을 방지하는 확산 방지벽을 갖고,
상기 광 조사 수단은, 상기 연삭 지석의 배치 형성한 환상과 교차되도록 상기 연삭 지석의 연삭면에 대면하여 배치되고,
상기 확산 방지벽은, 곡면에 의해 구성된 내측면을 갖고, 그 연삭 휠이 진입하는 입구부와 그 연삭 휠이 퇴출하는 출구부가 형성되어 있는, 연삭 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광 조사 수단은, 상기 발광부를 향하여 세정수를 공급하는 세정수 공급부를 추가로 갖고, 상기 연삭 휠의 회전 궤적 상에서 상기 연삭 지석의 연삭면에 대면하여 배치되어 있는, 연삭 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 본드제는 비트리파이드 본드인, 연삭 장치. - 삭제
