Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 항공기 제조에 있어서 연결 요소를 실링하기 위한 플라스틱 캡이며, 여기서 플라스틱 캡은 적어도 하나의 고성능 중합체를 50 중량% 이상 포함하고; DIN IEC 60243에 따른 적어도 10 kV/mm의 절연파괴 저항을 갖고; 에너지 흡수 능력을 갖는 실링 화합물로 충전된 것이며, 여기서 상기 실링 화합물은 가스- 및/또는 공기-충전된 중공 패킹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 충전제 및 광물성 및 중합체성 비-가스- 및/또는 -공기-충전된 충전제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 추가의 충전제로 이루어진 충전제 조합을 포함하고, 상기 실링 화합물이 1 중량% 내지 7 중량%의 범위의 적어도 하나의 충전제의 함량 및 10 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 범위의 적어도 하나의 추가의 충전제의 함량을 갖는 것이며, 여기서 플라스틱 캡과 실링 화합물은 서로 응집 결합된 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고성능 중합체가 폴리에테르이미드 및/또는 폴리페닐렌 술피드인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고성능 중합체가 폴리에테르이미드인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고성능 중합체가 충격-개질된 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 고성능 중합체가 1.5% 이하의 수분 흡수율을 갖는 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실링 화합물이 폴리술피드 및/또는 폴리티오에테르 술피드를 기재로 하는 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실링 화합물이 경화제로서의 이산화망가니즈, 이소시아네이트 화합물, 이소시아네이트 예비중합체 및/또는 에폭시 화합물과 조합된 폴리술피드 및/또는 폴리티오에테르인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실링 화합물이 0.7 내지 1.5 g/cm3의 밀도를 갖는 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 충전제 내의 중공 패킹이 마이크로벌룬인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실링 화합물이 4 중량% 내지 7 중량%의 범위의 적어도 하나의 충전제의 함량을 갖는 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캡과 실링 화합물이 화학적 부착에 의해 서로 응집 결합된 것인 플라스틱 캡.
- 플라스틱 캡을 계량 로봇을 사용하여 또는 수동으로 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실링 화합물로 충전하고, 이어서 자동화된 방법 단계를 사용하여 또는 수동으로 항공기 내의 연결 요소에 장착하고, 실링 화합물을 경화시키는 것인, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스틱 캡의 충전 및 탑재 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 플라스틱 캡을 계량 로봇을 사용하여 실링 화합물로 충전하고, 이어서 자동화된 방법 단계를 사용하여 항공기 내의 연결 요소에 장착하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 따른 방법에 의해 플라스틱 캡이 장착되어 있는 적어도 하나의 연결 요소를 갖는 항공기.
