Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 프리프레그 적층체의 제조방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 적층된 프리프레그 적층체의 적층 형상을 도시한 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 형성된 방풍벽의 형상을 간단하게 도시한 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 실링과 진공백 성형의 제조방법을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따라 진공백 성형공정을 수행하기 위한 오토클레이브(Autoclave) 내부 형상을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7a 및 도 7b는 본 발명에 따른 선박용 방풍벽의 3D 모델링을 도시한 것이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 제조된 선박용 방풍벽의 사진을 도시한다.

Claims (9)
- 금속 메쉬를 중심으로 양쪽에 난연성 수지와 에폭시 수지로 구성된 난연성 프리프레그와 스테인리스 형판을 포함하는 프리프레그 적층체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 프리프레그 적층체를 진공포장하여 실링(sealing)하는 단계;
상기 실링된 적층체를 오토클레이브에 투입하여 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 성형된 적층체를 탈형하고 원하는 형상으로 절단하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 프리프레그 적층체는 스테인리스 형판에 난연성 수지와 에폭시 수지로 구성된 난연성 프리프레그를 부착하고, 금속 메쉬를 밀착한 다음 상기 난연성 프리프레그를 부착하고, 상기 스테인리스 형판을 밀착시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 난연성 프리프레그는 에폭시 수지 30 내지 50중량%, 용매 30 내지 50중량%, 및 무기계 난연재 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 프리프레그 적층체를 진공포장하여 실링하는 단계는 적층체 표면에 진공필름을 부착한 다음 모서리 부분에는 실란트 테이프를 부착하고 진공커넥터(vacuum connector)를 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오토클레이브에 투입하여 진공펌프에 연결하고 100 ~ 120℃의 온도와 4.5 ~ 5.0 kg/cm2의 압력으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽의 제조방법.
- 금속 메쉬를 중심으로 양쪽에 난연성 수지와 에폭시 수지로 구성된 난연성 프리프레그와 스테인리스 형판을 포함하는 프리프레그 적층체를 형성하고, 상기 프리프레그 적층체를 진공포장하여 실링하고, 상기 적층체를 오토클레이브에 투입하여 성형한 다음 탈형하고 원하는 형상으로 절단하여 얻어지고,
상기 금속메쉬와 난연성 프리프레그의 두께 비율이 1 : 3 ~ 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 난연성 프리프레그는 에폭시 수지 30 내지 50중량%, 용매 30 내지 50중량%, 및 무기계 난연재 5 내지 30중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 금속 메쉬는 스테인리스 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 방풍벽.
