Claims (6)
- 실리카 입자 본체와, 실리콘 오일을 구비한 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자에 있어서,
상기 실리카 입자 본체의 BET 비표면적(specific surface area)이 70㎡/g 이상 120㎡/g 이하이고,
상기 실리카 입자 본체는 상기 실리콘 오일에 의해서만 표면 처리되어, 상기 실리카 입자 본체의 표면에는 실리콘 오일만이 존재하며,
상기 실리콘 오일 중, 상기 실리카 입자 본체의 표면으로부터 유리(遊離)되는 유리 실리콘 오일의 양은, 상기 실리카 입자 본체에 대해 2.0질량% 이상 5.0질량% 이하이고,
입자지름의 중앙값이 5㎛ 이상 8㎛ 이하인 스티렌 아크릴 수지 입자 100질량부에 대해 상기 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자를 2질량부 혼합시킨 표면처리 스티렌 아크릴 수지 입자의 응집도가 18% 이하이며,
상기 실리카 입자 본체의 겉보기 밀도가 20g/l 이상 35g/l 이하인, 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실리카 입자 본체의, 측정범위 20~30㎚, 30~40㎚, 및 50~70㎚의 각각의 프랙탈 형상 파라미터 α값 중 최대값 αmax가 2.9 이상인, 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 실리카 입자 본체의 He가스 피크노미터법에 의해 측정된 입자 밀도가 2.23g/㎤ 이상인, 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재되어 있는 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자를 외첨제로서 포함하는 전자사진용 토너.
- BET 비표면적이 70㎡/g 이상 120㎡/g 이하인 실리카 입자 본체를 준비하는 공정과,
상기 실리카 입자 본체에 실리콘 오일을 첨가하여 상기 실리카 입자 본체 표면을 실리콘 오일만으로 피복하는 공정
을 포함하고, 청구항 1에 기재된 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자를 얻는, 실리콘 오일 처리 실리카 입자의 제조방법. - 삭제
