Claims (15)
- 적어도 외층, 금속층, 프라이머층, 실란트층 또는 적어도 외층, 금속층, 프라이머층, 용융압출수지층, 실란트층을 해당 순서대로 포함하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법으로서,
금속층 상에 프라이머층 조성물을 도포하고 가열하여 프라이머층 조성물을 건조 및 적어도 일부를 경화시키는 건조 공정을 포함하되,
상기 프라이머층으로서 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물을 사용하는 것이고,
상기 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 산변성 폴리프로필렌 및 경화제를 포함하는 것으로 경화 개시 온도가 150℃ 이하이고, 건조 공정 온도가 150℃ 이하이며,
상기 제조 방법은 상기 건조 공정 후 실란트층 합지 시 추가적인 열라미네이션 공정을 수행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 경화 개시 온도가 135℃~150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 건조 공정 온도가 135℃~150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 2액 경화형 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 2액 경화형 타입의 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물의 경화제는 에폭시계 경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 2액 경화형 타입의 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 주제 파트로서 산변성폴리프로필렌을 포함하고, 경화제 파트로서 에폭시 경화제 및 에테르 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 개시 온도를 조절하기 위한 촉매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 건조 공정 시 건조 공정의 구역을 복수 개의 구역들로 나누고 가장 처음 구역의 설정 온도 및 가장 마지막 구역의 설정 온도 보다 처음 구역 및 마지막 구역 사이의 구역들의 설정 온도를 더 높게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제조 방법은 건조 공정 후 실란트층 합지 전 상온에서의 에이징 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름 제조 방법.
- 적어도 외층, 금속층, 프라이머층, 실란트층 또는 적어도 외층, 금속층, 프라이머층, 용융압출수지층, 실란트층을 해당 순서대로 포함하는 이차전지 파우치 필름의 성형성 향상 방법으로서,
금속층 상에 프라이머층 조성물을 도포하고 가열하여 프라이머층 조성물을 건조 및 적어도 일부를 경화시키는 건조 공정을 포함하되,
상기 프라이머층으로서 2액 경화형 타입의 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물을 사용하는 것이고,
상기 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 산변성 폴리프로필렌 및 경화제를 포함하는 것으로 경화 개시 온도가 135℃~150℃이고, 건조 공정 온도가 135℃~150℃이며,
상기 방법은 상기 건조 공정 후 실란트층 합지 시 추가적인 열라미네이션 공정을 수행하지 않는 것이며,
상기 방법은 건조 공정 후 실란트층 합지 전 상온에서의 에이징 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름의 성형성 향상 방법.
- 제 10 항의 방법에 사용되는 프라이머층 조성물로서,
2액 경화형 타입의 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물이고,
상기 유기 용제형 에멀젼 조성물은 산변성 폴리프로필렌 및 경화제를 포함하는 것으로 경화 개시 온도가 135℃~150℃이고, 건조 공정 온도가 135℃~150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름용 프라이머층 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조되는 이차전지 파우치 필름으로서, 금속층과 내층 측 용융압출 수지층 또는 실란트층 사이에 게재되는 프라이머층을 포함하는 것이고,
성형성이 6.5mm 이상이고,
초기 박리 강도가 14.0N/mm 이상이고,
내불산 강도가 5.0N/mm 이상이며,
내전해액 강도가 초기 박리 강도의 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지 파우치 필름은 초기 박리 강도가 14.0N/mm 이상이고,
내전해액 강도가 14.0N/mm 이상이고,
내불산 강도가 5.0N/mm 이상이며,
찌름 강도가 21.0N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지 파우치 필름은 성형성이 6.5~6.8mm이고,
초기 박리 강도가 14.0~15.0N/mm이고,
내전해액 강도가 14.0~14.5N/mm 이고,
내불산 강도가 6.0~6.4N/mm이고,
찌름 강도가 21.0~23.0N인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 이차전지 파우치 필름은 기재층, 금속층, 상기 금속층의 적어도 일측에 형성되는 부식 방지층, 상기 금속층의 내측에 형성되는 프라이머층, 융융압출수지층인 폴리프로필렌 압출 층, 실란트층인 무연신 폴리프로필렌(CPP)층으로 구성되는 것이고,
상기 기재층은 폴리에스테르 필름 및 폴리이미드 필름 중 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것이며,
상기 금속층은 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 파우치 필름.
