우선 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의해야 한다.
또한, 본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.

Claims (10)
- 폐비닐이 투입되도록 하는 호퍼부재(100)와;
투입된 폐비닐에 열풍을 주입하도록 하는 열풍부재(200)와;
폐비닐을 파쇄하도록 하는 파쇄부재(300)와;
파쇄된 폐비닐을 압축 이송시키도록 하는 압축부재(400)와;
압축된 폐비닐의 표면을 고온으로 가열하도록 하는 가열부재(500)와;
용융된 폐비닐의 표면을 냉각하여 경화시키도록 하는 냉각부재(600)와;
표면이 경화된 폐비닐을 일정 길이로 절단하도록 하는 절단부재(700)와;
호퍼부재(100) 및 파쇄부재(300) 그리고 압축부재(400)와 절단부재(700)를 구동시키도록 하는 전동부재(800);
로 구성되되,
상기 호퍼부재(100)는,
상광하협 형태로서 폐비닐이 투입되는 호퍼(110)와, 호퍼(110)의 내부에서 투입되는 폐비닐을 하방으로 압축 이송시키도록 회전하는 호퍼 스크루(120)를 형성하도록 구성되고, 자동으로 폐비닐을 이송하여 호퍼(110)에 투입되도록 별도의 컨베이어(130)를 구비하도록 구성되며,
상기 열풍부재(200)는,
상기 호퍼(110)의 일측에 구비하여 열풍을 이송시키도록 하는 열풍기(210)와, 상기 열풍기(210) 일측면의 상단에 형성되어 열풍기(210)에서 송풍되는 열풍에 악취 및 부식을 방지하도록 첨가되는 첨가제 혼합부(220)를 형성하도록 구성되고,
상기 파쇄부재(300)는,
상기 호퍼부재(100)의 하단에 형성되도록 구성되고, 호퍼부재(100)의 스크루(120)에 의해 이송 낙하되는 폐비닐을 파쇄하도록 회전하는 파쇄기(310)를 형성하도록 구성되며, 상기 파쇄기(310)는, 회전하는 축에 일정 간격으로 돌출되어 폐비닐이 파쇄되도록 하는 파쇄커터(311)를 구비하도록 구성되며,
상기 압축부재(400)는,
원통형으로서, 파쇄된 폐비닐을 압축 이송시키도록 하는 압축 스크루(410)를 형성하도록 구성되고,
상기 가열부재(500)는,
상기 압축부재(400)의 일측에 구비하고, 원통형으로 압축 이송되는 폐비닐의 표면을 고온으로 가열 용융되도록 형성하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐 압축 시스템.

냉각부재(600)는,
폐비닐의 표면을 냉각시키도록 하는 냉각수의 온도를 일정하게 유지하기 위해, 냉각수를 순환시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐 압축 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
절단부재(700)는,
압축부재(600)의 말단 부위 상부에 형성하도록 하고, 원통형으로 압축되고 표면이 경화된 폐비닐을 일정 길이로 절단하도록 승 하강하는 커터(710)를 구비하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐비닐 압축 시스템.
