Claims (10)
- 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene Terephthalate, PET) 기반의 열가소성 수지 및 연속 섬유를 포함하는 일방향 프리프레그(Unidirectional Prepreg)를 준비하는 단계;
복수의 일방향 프리프레그를 적층하여, 복합 시트를 제조하는 단계;
복합 시트를 255 내지 320℃의 온도 조건에서 가열 및 5 내지 10 MPa의 압력 조건에서 가압한 후 100℃/분 이상의 속도 조건에서 급냉(quenching)하는 단계; 및
복합 시트를 120 내지 180℃의 온도 조건 및 0.5 내지 3 MPa의 압력 조건에서 열처리(annealing)하여, 연속 섬유 복합재료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하며,
연속 섬유와 수지의 성분함량비는 40 내지 70 중량부 : 60 내지 30 중량부인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 기반의 연속 섬유 복합재료의 제조 방법.
