Claims (20)
- 건설기계의 전방 제동 장치 및 후방 제동 장치로 제동유를 각각 공급하기 위한 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들;
상기 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들에 각각 설치되고, 입력된 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들에 비례하도록 상기 제동유의 흐름을 각각 제어하기 위한 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들;
상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보를 검출하기 위한 센서; 및
운전자의 제동 조작 신호에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하고, 상기 센서에 의해 검출된 상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들을 독립적으로 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제동 조작 신호로부터 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들로 변환하여 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 제동 조작 신호의 크기에 따라 변화하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 제동 조작 신호가 기 설정된 크기보다 작을 때 제1 크기를 갖고 상기 제동 조작 신호가 상기 기 설정된 크기보다 클 때 상기 제1 크기보다 작은 제2 크기를 갖는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치. - 삭제

- 건설기계의 전방 제동 장치 및 후방 제동 장치로 제동유를 각각 공급하기 위한 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들;
상기 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들에 각각 설치되고, 입력된 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들에 비례하도록 상기 제동유의 흐름을 각각 제어하기 위한 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들;
상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보를 검출하기 위한 센서; 및
운전자의 제동 조작 신호에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하고, 상기 센서에 의해 검출된 상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들을 독립적으로 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제동 조작 신호로부터 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들로 변환하여 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 건설기계의 차속에 따라 변화하도록 조정되고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 기 설정값 이하의 차속에서 서로 동일한 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전환 비율은 상기 건설기계의 차속의 크기가 커질수록 증가하고 상기 제2 전환 비율은 상기 건설기계의 차속의 크기가 커질수록 감소하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 건설기계의 적재 하중에 따라 변화하도록 조정되는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 건설기계의 버켓의 높이에 따라 변화하도록 조정되는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 건설기계가 경사지에 있을 때 일정 시간 동안 상기 제동 조작 신호를 수신한 경우 경사지 밀림 방지 모드로 진입하여 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 출력하여 상기 전방 제동 장치 및 상기 후방 제동 장치를 동작시키는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 경사지 밀림 방지 모드 시에 주행 조작 신호 또는 일정 크기 이상의 제동 조작 신호를 수신할 때 상기 경사지 밀림 방지 모드를 해제하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는
상기 센서에 의해 검출된 상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보에 기초하여 상기 제동 조작 신호를 제1 전환 비율로 변환하여 상기 제1 제동 제어 신호를 생성하는 제1 제어 신호 생성부; 및
상기 센서에 의해 검출된 상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보에 기초하여 상기 제동 조작 신호를 제2 전환 비율로 변환하여 상기 제2 제동 제어 신호를 생성하는 제2 제어 신호 생성부를 포함하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 붐 각도 센서, 붐 실린더 압력 센서, 차속 센서 및 가속도 센서 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 건설기계의 파킹 제동 장치로 제동유를 공급하기 위한 파킹 제동 라인; 및
상기 파킹 제동 라인에 설치되고, 입력된 파킹 제어 신호에 따라 상기 제동유를 공급 또는 차단하기 위한 비례 방향 제어 밸브를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 긴급 상황 발생 시 상기 파킹 제어 신호를 출력하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 운전자에 의한 페달의 각도 변화에 비례하는 전자 신호로서 상기 제동 조작 신호를 출력하는 전자 페달 장치를 더 포함하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 장치.
- 건설기계의 전방 제동 장치 및 후방 제동 장치로 제동유를 각각 공급하기 위한 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들 및 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 라인들에 각각 설치되며 입력된 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들에 비례하도록 상기 제동유의 흐름을 각각 제어하기 위한 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들을 포함하는 유압 시스템을 제공하고;
상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보를 검출하고; 그리고
상기 건설기계의 작업 및 주행 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 및 제2 비례 유량 제어 밸브들을 독립적으로 제어하도록 제동 조작 신호에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하는 것은 상기 제동 조작 신호로부터 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들로 변환하여 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 각각 출력하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 제동 조작 신호의 크기에 따라 변화하도록 조정되고,
상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 제동 조작 신호가 기 설정된 크기보다 작을 때 제1 크기를 갖고 상기 제동 조작 신호가 상기 기 설정된 크기보다 클 때 상기 제1 크기보다 작은 제2 크기를 갖는 건설기계의 제동 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 전환 비율들은 상기 건설기계의 차속, 상기 건설기계의 적재 하중 및 상기 건설기계의 버켓의 높이 중 적어도 어느 하나에 따라 변화하도록 조정되는 건설기계의 제동 제어 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 출력하는 것은 상기 건설기계가 경사지에 있을 때 일정 시간 동안 상기 제동 조작 신호를 수신한 경우 경사지 밀림 방지 모드로 진입하여 상기 제1 및 제2 제동 제어 신호들을 출력하여 상기 전방 제동 장치 및 상기 후방 제동 장치를 동작시키는 것을 포함하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 운전자에 의한 제동 페달의 각도 변화에 비례하는 전자 신호로서의 상기 제동 조작 신호를 수신하는 것을 더 포함하는 건설기계의 제동 제어 방법.
