Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초고장력 냉연강판의 제조방법에서 열연강판을 권취한 후에 권취 온도에 따른 내부 산화층의 형성을 나타내는 주사전자현미경 사진들이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초고장력 냉연강판의 제조방법에서 열연강판을 연화 열처리한 후에 내부 산화층의 형성을 나타내는 주사전자현미경 사진들이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초고장력 냉연강판의 제조방법에서 내부 산화층에 따른 박리 시험 결과 및 아연도금 품질 평가를 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.1% ~ 0.3%, 실리콘(Si): 0.5% ~ 2.0%, 망간(Mn): 1.5% ~ 3.5%, 인(P): 0% 초과 ~ 0.02%, 황(S): 0% 초과 ~ 0.003%, 및 잔부는 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 강재를 열간압연하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 열연강판을 연화 열처리를 수행하여, 상기 열연강판에 내부 산화층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 열연강판을 산세 처리하여, 상기 내부 산화층의 일부를 제거하는 단계;
상기 열연강판을 냉간 압연하여, 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 냉연강판을 용융아연 도금욕에 침지하여 용융아연도금하여 아연도금층을 가지는 용융아연도금 강판을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 연화 열처리는, 580℃ ~ 650℃ 범위의 온도에서 10 시간 ~ 15 시간 동안 수행되어, 상기 연화 열처리에 의하여 형성된 내부 산화층은 10 μm ~ 20 μm 범위의 두께를 가지고,
상기 산세 처리는, 70℃ ~ 90℃ 범위의 온도에서, 5% ~ 15% 염산 농도로, 20초 ~ 40초 동안 수행되어, 상기 산세 처리에 의하여 1 μm ~ 5 μm 범위의 두께의 내부 산화층을 잔존시키고,
상기 잔존하는 내부 산화층에 의하여 상기 강재에 포함된 상기 실리콘과 상기 망간의 표면 농화 및 산화를 억제함으로써, 상기 냉연강판과 상기 아연도금층의 젖음성과 접착성을 향상시키는,

상기 냉연강판을 소둔 열처리하는 단계;를 더 포함하는,
