Claims (8)
- 폴리비닐알코올 100 질량부에 대하여, 평균 입자경이 2 ∼ 14 ㎛ 이고 애스펙트비가 4 ∼ 60 인 판상 또는 침상의 필러를 1.5 ∼ 15 질량부 함유하는 단층의 액압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리비닐알코올의 비누화도가 80 ∼ 99 몰% 인 액압 전사용 베이스 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
폴리비닐알코올의 평균 중합도가 500 ∼ 3,000 인 액압 전사용 베이스 필름. - 폴리비닐알코올 100 질량부에 대하여, 평균 입자경이 2 ∼ 14 ㎛ 이고 애스펙트비가 4 ∼ 60 인 판상 또는 침상의 필러를 1.5 ∼ 15 질량부 함유하는 제막 원액을 사용하여 제막하는 공정을 갖는, 액압 전사용 베이스 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액압 전사용 베이스 필름이 권취되어 이루어지는 롤.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액압 전사용 베이스 필름의 표면에 인쇄를 실시하여 이루어지는 액압 전사용 필름.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 롤로부터 액압 전사용 베이스 필름을 풀어내는 공정과, 풀려나온 액압 전사용 베이스 필름의 표면에 인쇄를 실시하는 공정을 갖는 액압 전사용 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 액압 전사용 필름을 인쇄가 실시된 면을 위로 하여 액면에 띄우는 공정과, 띄운 액압 전사용 필름의 상방으로부터 피전사체를 가압하는 공정을 갖는 액압 전사 방법.
