- 제1 전사 활성화제를 코딩하는 제1 핵산을 포함하며, 여기서 제1 핵산은 제1 메탄올-유도성 프로모터 요소에 작동가능하게 연결되고, 제1 메탄올-유도성 프로모터 요소는 제1 전사 활성화제에 결합하는 제2 핵산을 포함하며, 제1 메탄올-유도성 프로모터 요소가 AOX1, MOX, AOD1, MOD1, MOD2, DHAS, FLD1 및 PEX8로부터 선택되고, 제1 전사 활성화제가 Mxr1, Mit1, Adr1, Trm1 및 Trm2로부터 선택되는 것인 핵산 구축물.
