Claims (20)
- 디스플레이 기판 및 상기 디스플레이 기판 상에 배치된 박막 봉지층을 구비하며, 일 방향으로 접는 벤딩 영역을 가지는 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널;
상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널에 전기적으로 접속하는 구동부; 및
상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널 아래에 배치되며, 상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널과 구동부가 접속하는 부분이 배치된 단차부를 구비한 기능층;을 포함하되,
상기 단차부의 두께는 상기 기능층의 다른 부분의 두께보다 얇으며,
상기 단차부 아래에 형성된 공간에는 상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널의 패드 영역에 배치된 패드 단자와, 상기 구동부에 구비된 구동 단자가 전기적으로 접속하는 부분이 위치하며,
상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널의 벤딩 영역의 곡률은 상기 단차부의 두께와 대응하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능층은,

상기 쿠션층은 그래파이트 입자, 또는, 블랙 물질을 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 기능층은 상기 쿠션층의 적어도 일면 상에 배치된 그래파이트층, 또는, 블랙층을 포함하는 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 기능층은 상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널과 쿠션층 사이에 배치된 엠보싱층을 더 포함하되, 상기 엠보싱층에는 상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널의 마주보는 면에 복수의 공기 배출홀이 배치된 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플렉서블 디스플레이 패널은,
제 1 면; 및
상기 기능층에 마주보는 제 2 면;을 포함하되,
상기 박막 봉지층은 상기 제 1 면에 배치된 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 벤딩 영역은 상기 박막 봉지층이 배치된 제 1 면의 반대 반향으로 접은 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부는,
플렉서블 필름; 및
상기 플렉서블 필름 상에 배치된 구동 IC를 포함하되,
상기 구동 단자는 상기 플렉서블 필름의 일 가장자리에 상기 패드 단자에 대응되게 배치된 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치. - 삭제
