Claims (8)
- 요소수를 촉매로 사용하여 배기가스의 질소산화물을 저감하도록 구성된 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치에 포함되는 것으로서,
상기 요소수가 저장된 우레아 탱크;
상기 요소수가 일부 공급되어 저장되도록 상기 우레아 탱크의 내부에 위치하며, 상기 요소수가 진공 압력에 의해 증발하면서 상기 우레아 탱크에 저장된 상기 요소수의 온도를 낮추도록 구성된 진공 냉각 탱크; 및
상기 진공 냉각 탱크에 연결되며, 상기 진공 냉각 탱크에 진공 압력을 제공하도록 구성된 진공 증발수단을 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 진공 증발수단은,
상기 진공 냉각 탱크에 진공 압력을 제공하도록 상기 진공 냉각 탱크에 연결되는 진공 냉각 이젝터;
상기 우레아 탱크의 외부에서 상기 요소수의 일부를 순환시키되, 상기 요소수를 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터의 작동유로 공급하는 진공/순환 펌프; 및
상기 우레아 탱크와 상기 진공/순환 펌프를 연결하며 상기 요소수가 순환하는 순환 라인을 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 진공 냉각 이젝터의 작동유로 압축 공기를 제공하도록 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터에 연결되는 공기 압축기 및 압축 공기 라인을 더 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 진공 냉각 이젝터의 작동유로 보일러 증기를 제공하도록 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터에 연결되는 보일러 및 증기 라인을 더 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 진공 냉각 탱크는 탱크 수위를 측정하는 레벨 스위치를 구비하며,
상기 진공 냉각 탱크에는 상기 레벨 스위치의 감지된 레벨에 의해 상기 우레아 탱크의 요소수를 상기 진공 냉각 탱크로 공급하기 위한 주입 라인이 연결되며, 상기 주입 라인에는 상기 주입 라인의 단속을 위한 주입 밸브가 마련되는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 우레아 탱크의 요소수를 상기 순환 라인을 통해 엔진의 배기 라인에 공급하는 우레아 공급펌프부;
상기 우레아 공급펌프부의 전단부에서 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터의 요소수가 유입되도록 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터에 연결되는 요소수 환수라인; 및
상기 요소수 환수라인의 요소수가 상기 우레아 탱크와 상기 순환 라인 중 한쪽으로 유동하도록 상기 요소수 환수라인에 마련되는 복수의 환수 밸브를 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 우레아 탱크의 요소수가 공급되어 배기가스에 혼합되도록 상기 엔진의 배기 라인에 연결되는 믹싱부;
상기 믹싱부에서 상기 배기가스에 요소수를 혼합시키는 믹싱 플레이트; 및
상기 믹싱부에 연결되며, 상기 요소수를 압축공기와 혼합하여 상기 믹싱 플레이트에 분사하는 요소수 주입부를 더 포함하는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 순환 라인에 배치되어 상기 순환 라인의 요소수 온도를 측정하는 온도센서를 더 포함하며,
상기 온도센서가 배치되는 상기 순환 라인은 상기 우레아 공급펌프부와 상기 요소수 주입부를 연결하는 것으로서,
상기 온도센서가 34도 이상으로 요소수의 온도를 감지하는 경우, 상기 진공/순환 펌프가 가동되면서 상기 진공 냉각 이젝터가 가동되는 배기가스 질소산화물 저감장치의 우레아 탱크 진공냉각시스템.
