도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 절연성 방열복합재 단면도이다.

Claims (14)
- 몸체인 고분자매트릭스;
상기 고분자매트릭스에 분산되고, 상기 고분자매트릭스 100 중량부에 대하여 43 ~ 435 중량부로 구비되며, 산화마그네슘, 탈크, 이산화티타늄, 질화알루미늄, 질화규소, 질화붕소, 산화알루미늄, 실리카, 산화아연, 티탄산바륨, 티탄산스트론튬, 산화베릴륨, 실리콘카바이드 및 산화망간으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 포함하고, 표면이 실란기, 아미노기, 아민기, 히드록시기 및 카르복실기 중 어느 하나 이상의 관능기로 개질된 평균입경이 10㎚ ~ 600㎛의 절연성 방열필러; 및
상기 절연성 방열필러 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 ~ 200 중량부로 포함되고, 폴리카프로락톤-폴리아민 공중합체인 충격개선제;를 포함하는 절연성 방열복합재. - 몸체인 고분자매트릭스;
전면이 상기 고분자매트릭스 내부에 위치하거나 어느 일면을 제외한 나머지 면이 고분자매트릭스 내부에 위치하도록 구비된 금속코어층;
상기 고분자매트릭스에 분산되고, 상기 고분자매트릭스 100 중량부에 대하여 43 ~ 435 중량부로 구비되며, 산화마그네슘, 탈크, 이산화티타늄, 질화알루미늄, 질화규소, 질화붕소, 산화알루미늄, 실리카, 산화아연, 티탄산바륨, 티탄산스트론튬, 산화베릴륨, 실리콘카바이드 및 산화망간으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상을 포함하고, 표면이 실란기, 아미노기, 아민기, 히드록시기 및 카르복실기 중 어느 하나 이상의 관능기로 개질된 평균입경이 10㎚ ~ 600㎛의 절연성 방열필러; 및
상기 절연성 방열필러 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 ~ 200 중량부로 포함되고, 폴리카프로락톤-폴리아민 공중합체인 충격개선제;를 포함하는 절연성 방열복합재. - 삭제

외부면에 절연성 방열코팅층이 더 구비되는 절연성 방열복합재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 절연성 방열복합재를 포함하는 방열하우징.
