Abstract
본 출원에 설명된 상기 전도부재는 종래 기술에서의 포스트부를 대체하는데 사용될 수 있고, 포스트부가 상기 하우징 조립체의 내부 공간을 점유하는 것을 피하고, 배터리의 에너지 밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (16)
- 배터리 셀 및 상기 배터리 셀을 수용하기 위한 하우징 조립체를 포함하는 배터리에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀은 제1탭을 포함하고,
상기 배터리는 절연부재 및 전도부재를 포함하며, 상기 절연부재 및 상기 전도부재는 대체적으로 평평한 판이고, 상기 절연부재와 상기 전도부재는 상기 하우징 조립체의 일측면에 적층되어 설치되어 있으며, 상기 절연부재는 상기 하우징 조립체 및 상기 전도부재 사이에 연결되고, 상기 하우징 조립체에는 제1홀이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 절연부재에는 상기 제1홀과 연통되는 제2홀이 설치되어 있고, 상기 제1탭은 상기 전도부재에 전기적으로 연결되며,
상기 전도부재는 상기 제2홀을 피복 및 밀봉하고, 상기 배터리 셀을 상기 하우징 조립체 내부에 밀봉시키며,
상기 제1탭은 상기 하우징 조립체 내부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전도부재는 상기 절연부재를 통하여 상기 하우징 조립체 상에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재의 재료는 폴리올레핀, 폴리 염화 비닐 혹는 플루오르 고무 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재의 재료는 비극성 폴리올레핀 및 상기 비극성 폴리올레핀에 위치한 절연 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재 및 상기 전도부재는 각기 상기 하우징 조립체 내부에 위치하는것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재 및 상기 전도부재는 각기 상기 하우징 조립체 외부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재의 두께는 0.01 mm 내지 0.3 mm이고, 상기 전도부재의 두께는 0.1 mm 내지 2 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 조립체는 제1케이스 및 제2케이스를 포함하고, 상기 제1케이스에는 상기 배터리 셀을 수용하기 위한 수용공간이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제2케이스는 상기 제1케이스에 연결되어 있고, 상기 제1홀은 상기 제2케이스에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2홀 및 상기 제1홀의 중심축은 일치하고, 상기 제2홀의 상기 제2케이스 상의 투영은 완전히 상기 제1홀 내에 위치하거나 상기 제2홀의 상기 제2케이스 상의 투영이 상기 제1홀을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2홀 및 상기 제1홀의 중심축은 일치하지 않고, 상기 제2홀의 상기 제2케이스 상의 투영은 완전히 상기 제1홀 내에 위치하거나 혹은 상기 제2홀의 상기 제2케이스 상의 투영이 상기 제1홀을 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 절연부재의 너비는 상기 제2케이스의 너비보다 작고, 상기 전도부재의 너비는 상기 절연부재의 너비보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀은 상기 제1탭과 극성이 부동한 제2탭을 포함하고, 상기 제2탭은 상기 제1케이스에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀은 제1극편 및 제2극편을 포함하고, 상기 제1탭 및 상기 제2탭은 각기 상기 제1극편 및 상기 제2극편에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제1극편 및 상기 제2극편은 적층되거나 권취되어 상기 배터리 셀을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1홀 및 상기 제2홀의 형상은 원형이고, 상기 제1홀 및 상기 제2홀의 직경은 100 mm를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리. - 전기 장치에 있어서,
상기 전기 장치는 제1항, 제3항 내지 제15항 중의 하나의 청구항에 기재된 배터리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
