Claims (18)
- 금속화합물, 유기분자 및 유기 연결체를 포함하는 고분자-금속유기 단위입자; 및 수정 진동자를 포함하고,
여기에서, 고분자-금속유기 단위입자는 금속화합물과 유기분자가 결합하여 내부에 나노기공을 가지는 케이지 입자구조를 형성한 것이며,
수정 진동자에 고분자-금속유기 단위입자가 코팅된 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속화합물은 Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Cd, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt, Au 및 Hg로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속을 포함하는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금속화합물은 지르코노센 디클로라이드(Cp2ZrCl2), 티타노센 디클로라이드(Cp2TiCl2), 바나도센 디클로라이드(Cp2VCl2), 징크 디클로라이드(Zn2Cl2), 질산코발트(Co(NO3)2) 및 질산구리(Cu(NO3)2) 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기분자는 아미노 테레프탈산, 디아미노 테레프탈산, 아미노 프탈산, 아미노 이소프탈산, 디아미노-스틸벤디카르복실산, 및 시아노-벤젠디카르복실산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 연결체는 석신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피멜산, 수베르산, 아젤라산, 세바스산, 운데칸이산, 도데칸이산, 트리데칸이산, 테트라데칸이산, 펜타데칸이산, 헥사데칸이산, 옥타데칸이산, 노나데칸이산, 사이클로헥산디카르복실산, 노보닐메틸이산, 시클로헥실이산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택된 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 연결체는 석신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 피멜산, 수베르산, 아젤라산, 세바스산, 운데칸이산, 도데칸이산, 트리데칸이산, 테트라데칸이산, 펜타데칸이산, 헥사데칸이산, 옥타데칸이산, 노나데칸이산, 및 이의 유도체로부터 선택된 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자-금속유기 단위입자는 금속화합물과 유기분자가 결합에 의한 금속유기 단위입자를 포함하고, 상기 금속유기 단위입자는 아민 작용기를 포함하는 것인, 센서.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속유기 단위입자의 아민 작용기와 유기 연결체가 결합하는 것인, 센서.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속유기 단위입자의 금속화합물과 유기분자의 몰 비는 1 : 0.1 내지 2인, 센서.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 금속유기 단위입자와 유기 연결체의 몰 비는 1 : 5 내지 20인, 센서.

상기 센서는 휘발성 유기 화합물(VOC), 방사성 금속, 초미세먼지 또는 가스를 흡착하는 것인, 센서.

- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 센서는 휘발성 유기 화합물 농도 1 ppm 당 5 Hz 이상의 주파수 변화를 나타내는 것인, 센서.
- a) 금속화합물 및 유기분자가 결합된 금속유기 단위입자를 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 단계 a)의 금속유기 단위입자와 유기 연결체가 결합된 고분자-금속유기 단위입자를 제조하는 단계;
c) 상기 단계 b)의 고분자-금속유기 단위입자를 유기 용매와 혼합하여 코팅 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 단계 c)의 코팅 용액을 수정 진동자에 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고,
여기에서, 고분자-금속유기 단위입자는 금속화합물과 유기분자가 결합하여 내부에 나노기공을 가지는 케이지 입자구조를 형성한 것인, 센서 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 단계 c)의 유기용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 에틸 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트, 디에틸 에테르, 디메틸 아세트아마이드, 메틸 셀로솔브 및 에틸 셀로솔브로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인, 센서 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 단계 d)는 코팅 용액을 수정 진동자에 도포하고, 30 내지 100 ℃의 온도로 건조하여 코팅하는 것인, 센서 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 단계 d)는 코팅 용액을 수정 진동자에 도포하고, 0.5 내지 3 시간 건조하여 코팅하는 것인, 센서 제조방법.
