Claims (4)
- 바늘 길이는 350㎛ 이상, 900㎛ 이하이고, 바늘 선단부 정점의 직경은 30㎛ 이상, 60㎛ 이하이고, 약제의 도포부를 갖고, 마이크로니들로 성형하여 피부에 자입한 후에 적어도 15분간은 완전 용해되지 않는 성질을 갖는 생체 비용해성 고분자를 기제로 하는 마이크로니들 어레이이며, 약제의 도포부의 하단은 바늘의 근원으로부터 200㎛ 이상이고, 약제의 도포부의 길이가 100㎛ 이상, 190㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 어레이.
- 바늘 길이는 350㎛ 이상, 900㎛ 이하이고, 바늘 선단부 정점의 직경은 30㎛ 이상, 60㎛ 이하이고, 약제의 도포부를 갖고, 마이크로니들로 성형하여 피부에 자입한 후에 적어도 15분간은 완전 용해되지 않는 성질을 갖는 생체 비용해성 고분자를 기제로 하는 마이크로니들 어레이이며, 약제의 도포부의 최대 직경이 80㎛ 이하이고, 약제의 도포부의 길이가 100㎛ 이상, 190㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로니들 어레이.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생체 비용해성 고분자가, 나일론, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리락트산, 폴리(락트산-글리콜산) 공중합체, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, COP(사이클릭 올레핀 폴리머) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는, 마이크로니들 어레이.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 약제의 도포부에 히알루론산, 콜라겐, 덱스트린, 덱스트란, 콘드로이틴황산나트륨, 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨염, 알긴산, 글루코오스, 수크로오스, 말토오스, 트레할로오스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 수용성 물질이 공존하고 있는, 마이크로니들 어레이.
