Claims (11)
- 한 쌍의 수평 파이프 블록 사이에 둘 이상의 수직 파이프 블록이 수직 방향으로 고정되어 형성되며,
상기 수직 파이프 블록 및 상기 수평 파이프 블록은 탄소섬유 및 유리섬유가 매트릭스 수지에 함침된 복합재료로 이루어지며, 탄소섬유가 내부에 빈공간을 가지는 파이프 형태로 적층된 내층 및 상기 내층 상에 유리섬유가 적층된 표면층으로 구성되고,
상기 수평 파이프 블록 및 상기 수직 파이프 블록의 내층은 탄소섬유의 토우 방향을 ±20°~±50°로 번갈아 감은 앵글 플라이 라미네이트로 형성되는 탄소섬유 파이프 구조를 가지며,
상기 표면층은 유리섬유가 상기 내층의 탄소섬유와 90°각도를 가지도록 앵글 플라이 라미네이트로 형성되는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 및 상기 유리섬유는 9:1 내지 8:2의 중량비를 가지는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복합재료는 탄소섬유 및 유리섬유의 부피가 전체 복합재료의 55 내지 65 부피%인, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 및 상기 유리섬유의 두께비는 9:1 내지 8:2인, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수평 파이프 블록은 □ 형태를 가지며, 상부면 모서리에 둘 이상의 고정홈이 형성된 하부 수평 파이프 블록 및 하부면 모서리에 둘 이상의 고정홈이 형성된 상부 수평 파이프 블록을 포함하고,
상기 하부 수평 파이프 블록의 상부 모서리에 위치한 고정홈에 수직 파이프 블록의 하부가 체결되고, 상기 수직 파이프 블록 상부가 상기 상부 수평 파이프 블록의 하부면 모서리에 위치한 고정홈에 체결되는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상부 수평 파이프 블록 및 하부 수평 파이프 블록은 적층 시 적층 위치를 유도하는 돌출형 가이드를 포함하며,
어느 하나의 타워크레인용 마스트의 상부 수평 파이프 블록과 다른 하나의 타워크레인용 마스트의 하부 수평 파이프 블록이 상기 돌출형 가이드에 의해 서로 적층되어 고정되는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 상부 수평 파이프 블록의 돌출형 가이드는 L자형 가이드이고,
상기 하부 수평 파이프 블록의 돌출형 가이드는 I자형 가이드이며,
상기 상부 수평 파이프 블록의 L자형 돌출형 가이드와 상기 하부 수평 파이프 블록의 I자형 돌출형 가이드를 일치시킨 후 볼트 체결하는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제7항에 있어서,
복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트는 수직 파이프 블록과 수평 파이프 블록 사이를 사선으로 연결하는 사선 지지대를 더 포함하는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수평 파이프 블록의 두께는 2 내지 5mm이고,
상기 수직 파이프 블록의 두께는 3 내지 5mm인, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소섬유 및 상기 유리섬유는 니들펀칭을 통해 결합되는, 복합재료를 이용한 조립형 타워크레인 마스트.
