Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구의 라비뉴 유성기어세트의 구성(도 2의 (a)) 및 로딩캠의 구성(도 2의 (b))을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구의 상세 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구의 상세 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구의 1단 주행시 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구의 2단 주행시 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (3)
- 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구에 있어서,
동력원으로부터 동력이 유입되는 입력축;
상기 입력축과 연결되는 감속기어;
상기 감속기어와 연결되는 라비뉴 유성기어세트;
상기 입력축으로부터 분기되는 로딩캠축;
상기 로딩캠축과 일측이 연결되는 로딩캠; 및
상기 로딩캠의 타측과 일측이 연결되는 클러치를 포함하되,
상기 클러치의 타측 및 출력축은 상기 라비뉴 유성기어세트와 연결되며, 상기 입력축의 회전속도에 따라서 상기 로딩캠의 동작으로 상기 클러치가 결합 및 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 라비뉴 유성기어세트는 제1 선기어, 제2 선기어, 캐리어 및 링기어를 포함하되,
상기 제1 선기어는 상기 감속기어와 연결되고,
상기 링기어는 상기 클러치의 타측과 연결되며,
상기 캐리어는 상기 출력축과 연결되고,
상기 링기어와 연결되는 제1 원웨이클러치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 로딩캠은,
상기 로딩캠축과 연결되는 제1 캠 플랜지;
상기 클러치의 일측과 연결되는 제2 캠 플랜지; 및
상기 제1 캠 플랜지와 상기 제2 캠 플랜지 사이에 개재된 캠롤러를 포함하되,
상기 제1 캠 플랜지와 상기 제2 캠 플랜지는 상기 로딩캠축의 회전속도가 증가할수록 상기 캠롤러가 외측으로 이동하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속제어가 가능한 초소형차량용 2단 변속기구.
