Claims (26)
- a) Fe2+-EDTA 용액을 준비하는 단계;
b) 상기 Fe2+-EDTA 용액 및 연도 가스를 혼합하는 단계;
c) 상기 b) 단계에서 산화된 Fe3+-EDTA 용액 및 질소산화물과 결합된 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 용액을 Fe3+-EDTA 환원반응 및 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 재생용 촉매에 유입하여 환원 및 재생시키는 단계; 및
d) 상기 c) 단계에서 형성된 질소 및/또는 암모늄 양이온(NH4 +)을 포함하는 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 용액을 양이온 교환 소재에 유입하여 상기 암모늄 양이온을 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하는, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정에서,
상기 Fe3+-EDTA 환원반응 및 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 재생용 촉매는, 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 크롬(Cr), 아연(Zn), 바나듐(V), 지르코늄(Zr), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 텅스텐(W), 티타늄(Ti), 코발트(Co), 상기 금속의 산화물, 및 상기 금속의 질화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 금속 성분을 다공성 기질에 함침한 재생용 촉매이며,
상기 재생용 촉매는 산화된 Fe3+-EDTA 용액 1L 기준 1 내지 50g 포함되고,
상기 암모늄 양이온의 농도가 질소산화물 제거 성능을 저해하지 않을 정도로 낮은 경우, 제 2 제거탑 유입 파이프로 유입되는 대신 제 2 제거탑 바이패스 유출 파이프로 유입되어, 리사이클되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서, Fe2+-EDTA 용액은, 상기 재생 공정을 통해 환원 및 재생된 Fe2+-EDTA 용액인 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서, Fe2+-EDTA 용액의 농도는, 0.01 내지 1 M인 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 4은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계에서, 상기 Fe2+-EDTA 용액과 상기 연도 가스는 엇갈리도록 반대 방향으로 유입되어 혼합되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 연도 가스는, 질소 산화물 50 ppm 내지 1000 ppm, 및 황산화물 50 ppm 내지 1500 ppm를 포함하는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계는 0.1 내지 1 MPa 압력에서 운전되는 흡수탑에서 수행되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 흡수탑은, 상기 연도 가스가 상기 Fe2+-EDTA 용액과 반응하여 제조된 배출 가스를 배출하는 것이고,
상기 배출 가스는, 질소산화물 30 ppm 이하 및 황산화물 30 ppm 이하로 함유하는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 삭제
- ◈청구항 9은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산화된 Fe3+-EDTA 및 질소산화물이 결합된 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 용액은, Na2SO3, K2SO3, Li2SO3, Na3PO4, K3PO4, Li3PO4, Na2CO3, K2CO3, CaCO3, BaCO3, Li2CO3, Ca(OH)2, 및 Mg(OH)2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 첨가제와 혼합되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계는, 상기 Fe3+-EDTA 환원반응 및 Fe2+-EDTA-NO 재생용 활성탄이 충진된 촉매탑에서 수행되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 촉매탑은, 10 내지 100 ℃에서 운전되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 12은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 양이온 교환 소재는 고체 상태인 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 13은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 12항에 있어서,
상기 양이온 교환 소재는 제올라이트, 실리카겔, 알루미나, 양이온 교환 수지 및 고분자 레진으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 삭제
- ◈청구항 15은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 d) 단계는, d1) 상기 양이온 제거된 Fe2+-EDTA 용액에 산 이온 제거제를 혼합하여 산 침전물을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 산 침전물을 제거하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 16은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 15항에 있어서,
상기 산 이온 제거제를 혼합하는 단계는, 온도 0 내지 100 ℃, 압력 0.1 내지 1 MPa, pH 3 내지 13에서 수행되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 17은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 15항에 있어서,
상기 산 이온 제거제는, 수산화 칼슘, 수산화 바륨, 납 산화물, 염화 칼슘, 염화 바륨, 염화 납, 질산 칼슘 및 질산 바륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것이고,
상기 환원 및 재생된 Fe2+-EDTA 용액에 대한 몰비가 0.01 내지 1인 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 18은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 15항에 있어서,
상기 산 침전물은, 황산 칼슘, 황산 바륨 및 황산 납으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 황산 화합물을 포함하는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 19은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 1항에 있어서,
상기 재생용 촉매는 황산 작용기, 질산 작용기, 인산 작용기 및 카르복실기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 산 작용기를 포함하고,
상기 산 작용기는, 표면에 형성되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - ◈청구항 20은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈제 19항에 있어서,

상기 산 작용기는, 상기 재생 촉매에 공유 결합으로 연결된 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 기질은 활성탄, 활성알루미나, 제올라이트, 실리카겔, 클레이 및 금속-유기 프레임웍(metal-organic framework)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄은, 야자탄, 차콜, 흑탄, 무연탄, 코크스, 목탄, 골탄, 바이오매스 및 카본 블랙으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분은 재생용 촉매 전체 중량 기준 0.1 내지 20 중량%인, Fe2+-EDTA계 흡수액의 재생 공정. - 삭제
