Claims (9)
- 회전동력을 발생시키는 구동부;
상기 구동부의 출력축에 연결되어 상기 출력축과 함께 회전되는 제1기어부;
상기 제1기어부와 교차하는 방향으로 설치되며, 상기 제1기어부에 맞물려서 회전되는 제2기어부;
상기 제2기어부에 맞물려서 회전되며, 상기 출력축과 평행하게 설치되는 회전기어바가 일체로 형성되어 함께 회전되는 제3기어부;
상기 제3기어부에 맞물려서 직선 이동을 하는 너트이동부; 및
상기 너트이동부의 외측을 감싸는 형상으로 설치되며, 상기 너트이동부에 밀려서 브레이크패드를 가압하는 피스톤부;를 포함하고,
상기 제3기어부는, 링 형상으로 설치되며 상기 제2기어부에 맞물려서 회전되는 제2웜휠기어; 및
상기 제2웜휠기어의 내측을 지지하며, 상기 회전기어바가 회전중심에 연결되는 기어지지부;를 포함하고,
상기 제3기어부는 캘리퍼몸체의 내측에 회전 가능하게 설치되고,
상기 기어지지부의 일측에 설치되어 마찰력을 저감하는 베어링부재; 및
상기 기어지지부의 타측에 설치되며, 상기 제2웜휠기어의 축방향 이동을 구속하며 상기 캘리퍼몸체의 내측에 고정되는 스크류홀더;를 더 포함하며,
상기 스크류홀더는, 상기 회전기어바가 통과되기 위한 중공홀부를 구비하며 링 형상으로 형성되는 홀더몸체; 및
상기 홀더몸체의 외주면을 따라 복수 개의 공기빼기홀을 형성하는 테두리고정부;를 포함하고,
상기 테두리고정부는 상기 홀더몸체의 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 캘리퍼몸체의 내측에 구비되는 작동공간부의 내측에 걸려서 고정되고,
상기 홀더몸체는 상기 제2웜휠기어의 측면에 접한 상태로 설치되어 상기 제2웜휠기어의 축방향 이동을 구속하고,
상기 공기빼기홀은 상기 피스톤부의 내측에 있는 오일 속에 포함된 공기를 상기 피스톤부의 외측으로 배출시키고,
상기 제2기어부는, 상기 제1기어부에 맞물려서 회전되며, 회전축이 수직방향으로 위치하는 제1웜휠기어;
상기 제1웜휠기어에 연결된 상기 회전축이 내측에 삽입되며, 상기 제1웜휠기어와 함께 회전되는 연결부재; 및
상기 연결부재의 하측으로 연장되며 외측에는 나사산이 형성되어 상기 제3기어부에 맞물리는 제2웜기어;를 포함하고,
상기 연결부재는 내측에 다각형 형상으로 홈부가 형성되어 상기 회전축의 하측이 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부는 전동모터를 사용하며, 상기 캘리퍼몸체의 상측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 구동부와 상기 제1기어부와 상기 제2기어부와 상기 제3기어부를 감싸며 상기 캘리퍼몸체에 결합되는 캘리퍼커버;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1기어부는, 상기 출력축의 외측에 설치되며, 수평방향으로 연장되는 제1웜기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 브레이크 장치.
