Claims (18)
- 미생물을 배양하여 얻은 발효액으로부터 염기성 아미노산을 분리하여 염기성 아미노산 수용액을 제조하는 단계(a 단계);
상기 a 단계에서 얻어진 염기성 아미노산 수용액에 이산화탄소를 주입하여 중화 아미노산 수용액을 제조하는 단계(b 단계); 및
상기 중화 아미노산 수용액을 포함하는 과립을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제조된 과립의 pH는 8.5 내지 9.3인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 이산화탄소는 상기 a 단계에서 발생한 이산화탄소를 포함하는, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a 단계 이후 상기 발효액을 농축하여 농축 발효액을 제조하는 단계(a-2 단계)를 더 포함하는, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 b 단계 이후 상기 농축 발효액과 상기 중화 아미노산 수용액을 혼합하는 단계(b-2 단계)를 더 포함하는, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 중화 아미노산 수용액을 포함하는 과립을 제조하는 단계는, 상기 b-2 단계에서 얻어진 혼합액을 과립화하는 것인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 속 균주인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산 수용액의 pH는 10.0 내지 11.0인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산 수용액의 순도는 90 내지 100 중량%인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산 수용액의 비중은 1.10 내지 1.15인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산은 라이신, 아르기닌 및 히스티딘으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b 단계는 기포탑(bubbling tower), 순환식 흡수탑, 또는 연속식 흡수탑 장치를 이용하는 것인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b 단계는 35 내지 65℃에서 수행되는 것인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 중화 아미노산 수용액의 pH가 8.5 내지 9.5인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 중화 아미노산 수용액의 비중은 1.18 내지 1.22인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 과립형 사료 첨가제는 염기성 아미노산 및 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 음이온을 포함하고,
상기 염기성 아미노산에 대한 상기 음이온의 몰 비율이 0.1 초과 0.52 이하인, 과립형 사료 첨가제의 제조 방법:
