Claims (15)
- 부극 집전체에 있어서,
지지층 및 상기 지지층 자체의 두께 방향에서 서로 대향하는 두 개의 표면 중 적어도 하나에 설치된 전도층을 포함하며,
상기 지지층의 밀도는 상기 전도층의 밀도보다 작고,
상기 전도층의 두께 D1은 300nm≤D1≤2μm를 충족하며,
상기 지지층의 두께 D2는 2μm≤D2≤10μm를 충족하고,
상기 부극 집전체의 인장 변형률이 1.5%일 때, 상기 전도층의 면저항 증가율 T는 T≤5%이고,
상기 부극 집전체는 보호층을 더 포함하고, 상기 보호층은 상부 보호층과 하부 보호층을 포함하며, 상기 상부 보호층은 상기 전도층의 상기 지지층과 배향하는 표면에 설치되고, 상기 하부 보호층은 상기 전도층과 상기 지지층 사이에 설치되며, 상기 상부 보호층과 상기 하부 보호층의 총 두께 D3은 1nm≤D3≤200nm 및 D3≤0.1D1을 충족하는 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도층의 두께 D1은 500nm≤D1≤1.5μm를 충족하며, 상기 부극 집전체의 인장 변형률이 1.5%일 때, 상기 전도층의 면저항 증가율 T는 T≤2.5%인 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도층의 체적 저항률이 1.3×10-8Ω·m ~ 1.3×10-7Ω·m인 부극 집전체. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전도층의 체적 저항률이 1.65×10-8 Ω·m ~ 10 3.3×10-8 Ω·m인 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도층은 금속 재료를 포함하고, 상기 금속 재료는 동, 동 합금, 니켈, 니켈 합금, 티타늄 및 은 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 보호층 및 상기 하부 보호층은 각각 독립적으로 니켈, 크롬, 니켈 기반 합금, 동 기반 합금, 산화 알루미늄, 산화 코발트, 산화 크롬 및 산화 니켈 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지층의 두께 D2는 2μm≤D2≤6μm를 충족하는 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 고분자 재료 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,
상기 고분자 재료는 폴리 아미드, 폴리 이미드, 폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리 에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 폴리 카보네이트, 폴리 에틸렌, 폴리 프로필렌, 폴리 에틸렌 프로필렌, 아크릴로 니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 폴리 비닐 알코올, 폴리 스티렌, 폴리 염화 비닐, 폴리 비닐 리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리 테트라 플루오로 에틸렌, 폴리 스티렌 설포네이트 나트륨, 폴리 아세틸렌, 실리콘 고무, 폴리 옥시 메틸렌, 폴리 페닐렌 에테르, 폴리 페닐렌 설파이드, 폴리 에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리 질화황계 고분자 재료, 폴리 페닐렌, 폴리 피롤, 폴리 아닐린, 폴리 티오펜, 폴리 피리딘, 셀룰로오스, 전분, 단백질, 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 그 유도체, 그 가교체 및 그 공중합체 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 부극 집전체. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 지지층은 첨가제를 더 포함하고, 상기 첨가제는 금속 재료 및 무기 비금속 재료 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지층의 파단 연신율은 상기 전도층의 파단 연신율 이상, 및/또는,
상기 지지층의 영률 E는 E≥4GPa인 부극 집전체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 지지층의 영률 E는 4GPa≤E≤20GPa인 부극 집전체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도층은 기상 증착층 또는 전기 도금층인 부극 집전체. - 부극판에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 부극 집전체; 및
상기 부극 집전체에 설치된 부극 활성 재료층을 포함하는 부극판. - 전기화학 장치에 있어서,
정극판, 부극판 및 전해질을 포함하고, 상기 부극판은 제13항의 부극판인 전기화학 장치. - 제14항의 전기화학 장치를 포함하는 장치.
